We apologized to the guest for the misunderstanding.We did not charge them for parking.We gave them breakfast vouchers for each day and per person.All excess funds on hold are given back if not usedWe WILL rebate their room and taxBest Regards, [redacted]

I understand the complaints and YES they are being addressed with staff.The offer of rebate has been done already and will be reflected on their next CC Statement.We apologize for the issues.We consider the complaint resolved. Best Regards,Steve C***

That is apparently either an error or a communication that I never received at point of my complaint. Yes, they did remove the parking charge. The room reimbursement, if I understand it correctly, will maybe happen when I get the next credit card bill.
