Good evening! I am writing to you in regard about *** and his wife *** I met them through home advisor. I needed a swing set installed. they showed up and started open the box for play set. saw how long it was gonna take to install. said they needed more workers. so I called ***. they said I would have to make another booking in order to get more help and that would cost me more money so I cancelled with home advisor. Herschel and his wife offered to set up play set as a side job and they would bring someone else for help. this way instead of getting paid half of what home advisor was giving them they would take *** we said ok. they came Tuesday the 21 of April at 12:30 and left around 8:30. I made them food. then they where supposed to come back. didn’t show up till Friday at 3. they installed playset completely wrong. they didn’t go by instructions. they had screws hanging out which my niece got a 3 inch cut on her leg from. a lot of screws were loose. wood pieces for playhouse were not even screwed in. my 3 yr old almost fell out from the top of playhouse. their is a lot of broken wood. they didn’t even finish tube slide. my daughter got hurt after sliding down. I have contacted them. they won’t text or call back. they said they were contractors. I cannot find their company anywhere. they said it was called Mcgrady builders Ohio. I googled and it’s no where to be found. I checked Facebook and typed the name *** and his page popped up. he is a barber. him and his wife really screwed us over and put my children in danger with the way they put things up. I emailed them and sent photos but no answer. I’m being ignored. I can give you their numbers and email. the number I contacted them at is ***. they need to pay for this. no one should be treated this way
