I hired B&B Mechanical Inc.to change out my air handler.I signed a contract that was emailed to me with the description of work to be performed . The contract also provided a warranty on air handler and labor. The work was started on Oct 1st 2014The work was started but never completed.I have a series of messages from [redacted] that gives multiple excuses for the delay of completion.I have an initialed contract that was signed off as paid and messages that state payment was made. No confidence at this point in abilities of this company to make things right. Had to miss work several times waiting on a promise to come finish. This leaves me with a HVAC unit that can't be used. Going on a whole month without the unit. The unit can not be used for AC or heat at this point.In hind sight I am wondering about the safety of the install.Desired SettlementI would like a refund for the 800 dollars paid.I have to basically back track and get another HVAC company check the complete system that is currently inoperable. It is not working and I don't know if the air handler is even the correct unit that needed to be put in.If it is the correct unit it needs to be trouble shot to see why it is not working .
