Very unprofessional language and behavior used by customer rep [redacted] and office worker [redacted] on routine ac service call and Freon check. Customer Service rep became very irate and unprofessional when asked to confirm and quote the price of Freon per pound with my husband who was away at work at the time. [redacted] the csr and [redacted] the office worker both became upset and unprofessional in yelling in their explanation of it being our warranty company's [redacted] policy problem, because they don't disclose to their policy holder's that Freon isn't a covered part of our contract agreement. The CSR [redacted], continued to complain and let me know that this was the last time he would be servicing an [redacted] customer because being asked questioned about the service made him feel like he was being treated as a "crook" He stormed out taking the service order with him, and without taking payment, all the while telling me I could take up the matter with the office. I contacted the office to file a complaint concerning this csr, only to be treated just as rudely by the office worker who answered the phone, by the name of [redacted]. Desired SettlementI am not seeking any type of settlement. I just want other customers, who may research this company, to be made aware of this type of unacceptable and unprofessional behavior before ever doing business with them.Business' Initial Response This is an [redacted] account. [redacted] is on their $10.00 a pound program of which [redacted] only pays $10 per pound for Freon & the customer is responsible for cost of the rest. The tech explained this to her. The husband called the office, I told him same thing and then she wanted tech to call husband. We are running calls back to back. Tech put in Freon and unit was running when tech left. We did not charge customer their cost of replacing Freon. She called the office and said we could come back and collect the money for Freon. I told her not to worry about it and that [redacted] would bill her for her service fee.

Credit cards not accepted.Spoke with persons at business 3 times before they called me to be certain that I was aware of charges for which I was responsible. After a week of waiting I was told must pay cash or check. I have paid previous suppliers by [redacted] with my credit card and was surprised when told they would not accept card.Desired SettlementBelieve customer should be told at time of first contact that a credit card is not accepted if this is the case. Had I been told at onset a lot of controversity would have been eliminated.Business Response [redacted]Dispute Resolution Coordinator This letter is in regards to a letter I received from you regarding the above. [redacted] is an [redacted] customer. He has a preventative maintenance contract through [redacted] These maintenance agreements are prepaid to [redacted] This is why at the beginning of the call, he was not told we do not take credit cards. He did not owe anything when we first came out. After the tech checked his system, it was discovered that he needed a compressor. Per his policy, this had to be called into[redacted] to determine if he owed anything.[redacted] told us that Mr. [redacted] did have a policy that had non covered items. I called Mr. [redacted] to schedule and informed him that he had non covered items with his[redacted] policy and we did not take credit cards or checks, but did take cash, cashiers checks or money orders. Mr. [redacted] was also given the option to take a cash out and have another company do the work. He informed me that he was going with another company but then called me back and said he wanted us to do the work. In closing, I would also like to add that as a business owner, I have the right to choose the type of payment I receive. Thank you, [redacted]Owner

M&M is fantastic! We have two air conditioning units and both of them were out. My home warranty company had a different contractor come out who wrote up unnecessary work with outrageous charges that were supposedly "not covered by my home warranty contact". We had M&M come out and they repaired both for a fraction of the cost. They were extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout the process. They are the only contractor I will trust with my heating and air conditioning from now on.","pos-1

One service call after another.My wife and I Purchased an AHS warranty to Insure our newly bought house. Shortly after moving in in Feb 2015, Me and my wife found out that we was expecting. In May of 2015, our water heater started Messing up. So, we took advantage of our warranty and sent in a service request. M&M Enterprise was dispatched out. They never gave us a follow up call of when they would be arriving. They showed up one day and luckily my wife was at home and could meet them. They simply identified the problem and ordered the part. About a week later, they returned with no warning once again to install the part. The water heater worked for about a week and then it broke again. Called back, it is June 2015 at this point, told [redacted] about the water heater messing up again, Once again, They came out. It is know Almost August 2015, and still no hot water. One service call after another. Still not fixed. I think we are about to go on to Number 5. My pregnant wife hasn't had hot water all summer. And I called to complain on for Ms [redacted] to belittle me and the Situation. [redacted] is extremely unprofessional and if she didn't own the company, Someone would have fired her.Desired SettlementI just want hot water. That's all.
