DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They call me almost every two weeks on the dot, I've told every sales associate I speak with to stop calling and they say that they will then call again asking how the glass repair was, it's now been two years and they still call. I've not only spoke with the sales staff but I've taken it to management. I've told them I do not want anymore calls and they still continue to call. Don't ever do business with this company as they will call you every two weeks till the day you die asking you how the fix was. Not sure if this is a joke or if management is just rded? DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!

By far the worse business!! Do not do business with these people. They say one thing and do another. The hang around quick n clean car wash trying to get business. Promise a service that isn't provided. I was ensured several times Tint strip would be placed on windshield prior to install. More than five times I asked. Tech never showed up on time because my number was entered in wrong, the. Showed up close to 2pm when it was set up for 8-1, installed window and said he doesn't install tint someone else does several days later? What the [redacted] call and complain with everyone and they say oh well best we can do is later date out tech didn't know how to install Tint but someone else said he tried and couldn't yet he out right can't even do it? Then I was accused by owner of fraud saying I lied to insurance company when I didn't!!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

My recent experience with M & M Auto Glass was a very positive experience. Joey V[redacted], M&M technician, was very professional and friendly. He arrived within the scheduled time after calling me to tell me his current location. While I watched the installation, Joey continually explained every step of the process. When he found that the Chrysler factory had not properly installed the vinyl strip at the base of the window, he took the extra time to remove the windshield wipers and the plastic cowling. After repairing the bent clip, he reinstalled the cowling and windshield wipers and completed the installation. My wife and I were vacationing in AZ for the month of March. We live in southern Indiana. I was initially apprehensive about have the windshield replaced while in AZ. That apprehension quickly dissipated one Joey b[redacted]n the installation. I would recommend M & M Auto Glass and especially Joey V[redacted].
