To Whom It May Concern:First, I'd like to say that I am sorry Mr [redacted] has had so many issues with his vehicleAs like with allvehicles, no vehicle is built indistructableThis vehicle was years old with over 138,miles at thedate of saleWe have no idea how many owners this vehicle has had over the last years and any oneof its previous owners could have tried to repair the compressor and mirror or other issuesI can assureyou, our mechanics would have never have rigged a repair such as this.As far as his other issues, all cars breakThere is absolutely no way to predict a failure or rustAll of ourcustomers are given the opportunity to test drive and examine a vehicle prior to purchaseWe alsospecify and have each and every customer sign a State of Ohio issued Buyers Guide listing that major andminor defects may occur in used motor vehicles.In reference to his wishing to return and cancel the loan with no negative credit report, this cannot bedoneMr [redacted] was informed and signed an agreement stating that he is aware that all sales are final.no refunds, or returnsHe also signed a retail installment contract which makes him liable for the paymentin full plus interest at the time of purchaseIf he so chooses to return this vehicle, it will be considered abreach of contract and reported on his credit reportFurther, I'd like to add that we would never have deceived a customer intentionallyWe do not build thesevehicles nor sell them as newOur vehicles are all used and sold strictly as is
