Due to the business's incompetence I sat in theire waiting room for 6 1/2 hours and they never did end up fixing my car all due to their incompetence.
I called the business in the afternoon of 10/31/12 advised the check engine light was on and had a coupon for a free check they asked if I wanted diagnostic too as it was free I said yes. I arrived at business at 8 am on 11/01/12 they spent several hours and said I needed a new sensor and thermostat and needed coolant gave a price said had to wait for part. Part supposedly arrived approx 10:30 am waited and waited kept looking into garage no one was at my vehicle finally, at 11:30 am was told oops got the wrong part. Huh? Did you not order it? did you not sign for it? Now an hour later suddenly you discover it's the wrong part. Said new part would be there soon. Kept waiting and waiting, by 12:52 pm saw empty garage. service staff returned from LUNCH. Still no part. Told manager forget it I want my car back let me ouot of here. Waited until 2:30 pm before they finally said car was ready, THEN tried to tell me I had a balance, no way. Refused to pay, owner said give her keys and let her go. NOW, ALL OF A SUDDEN, car is making incredibly strange noises that it never made before. They have sabotaged my car, they have wasted my time and forced me to take time off from work unnecissarily. I do not ever want them to touch my car again, I DO want them to reimburse me for my time and for the additional expenses from the sabotage they have caused. They are entirely responsible for these damages and I will not settle for anything less.
