M and S has an extremely bad customer service. I scheduled a date that my truck could get in to get fixed, Jan 11. I stopped in a few days latter and looked at their book to see if they wrote me in. They did not. The next date I scheduled was Jan 19. I ended up in the ER that day for my appendix. My mom called them and said that we couldn't get my truck there till the following day. They said that it was fine and they could get it in the next day. They didn't, they ended up taking a different vehicle and spending a week re-timing the truck. They then said it would be in the next day. I ended up scheduled two more dates and it wasn't in. I called one last time and they said to get it out of their lot and they are not going to work on it. The guy I talked to was a real [redacted] about everything. I would highly suggest no one take there vehicle there. They take a long time and will spend a life time on one project. I also talked to some people and they said that they were over priced.
