As requested, Mr. [redacted] has already received a full refund of
$530.75 for the part he received. We at M&M Marine hope he is able to find
a part that will work better for him as he repairs his watercraft.

I have used [redacted] at M and M Marine for the past 15 years for my go to used parts source. I have always been very happy with the used parts he has supplied me and my business. [redacted] is very knowledgeable about what parts can be used and can cross reference other models and years that will work. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing good quality used parts to use M and M Marine

I have done business with M and M since 2005, I have always been treated with the utmost respect and received prompt courteous service. The used parts he sells are as good as new and at a much better price . Thanks for the help M and M You help me keep my customers happy and save them money!!

Review: I purchased a rebuilt water pump for a personal watercraft, (2000 SeaDoo GTX). My American Express card was charged 0n August 21, 2014 in the amount of $530.75. The pump arrived within a few days however was improperly rebuilt and not functioning, the result of very poor workmanship. The pump was removed and returned to my mechanic and dealer and removed. [redacted] at M&M (530) 661-0074 was contacted and now after two additional weeks of downtime, the part has not been replaced. This week I contacted [redacted] who expressed a very cavalier attitude toward the issue and claimed to have no knowledge of the situation. This led to a heated conversation on behalf of both parties over his poor workmanship, poor customer service and a feeling that he was not interested in resolving the issue. He asked that I call back after one hour and he would check with his office staff and have more information. I have been calling him repeatedly since and he will not answer my call or respond to my many voice mails. My dealer advises that he has had difficulty in reaching him as well. At this point, [redacted] has over $530 of my money, charged to my AMX and seems to refuse to address this matter. I do not wish to deal with him further as I do not trust his rebuilt parts processes. I would like to get a credit on my AMX for the full amount including tax and shipping and purchase the part locally. Pleas help! Thanks. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Credit back to my AMX in the full amount of $530.75 immediately so I can purchase the part locally. Boating season is drawing to a close and each weekend lost cannot be recovered.

All I can say is the guys knows their stuff! Very Honest and trustworthy.
We will continue to work with Mitch into the future.

Have known [redacted] at M&M Marine for a long time. He is dedicated to his business and to the PWC community all over the world. Our company uses M&M Marine and [redacted] has never let us down. If you are looking for used PWC parts or repairs, do not hesitate to call them. Thank you M&M Marine for everything you do for us.

Review: Owner took advantage of me as a customer and shipped us a used block with a rod sticking out of the side. Will not answer calls or refund money

Owner himself spoke so genuinely over the phone as I was placing an order for a used but in good shape block for a jet boat. He was told about the current situation of needing to get the part as soon as possible for a boat meet. The last one of the season and my wifes birthday gift as of 4 years now. The part arrives as stated in one week. just enough time for us to rework part and get it installed into the boat.

Once we received the part however it was destroyed with a rod sticking out the side of it. Not usable in my book but he asks anyway would I be able to repair it? The part was described as ready to roll. Now owner will not return calls or take my calls. I have only spoken with him long enough to get a cell phone number to text over pictures. I am left hanging and ordering a new part for 2000 dollars on top of the lost 795 and even better another mysterious charge of 144.95 for who knows what . We did not talk about any other charges. So I guess dinner was on me folks.Desired Settlement: We will accept nothing but a full refund of the $144.95 for what ever that was. And the full $795 for the shipping and part charges.100 for shipping and 695 for the part. We have already had to place an order with another company for new product replacement.

Initial Business Response

We work very hard to ship out our jet ski parts orders quickly and correctly. We ship out thousands of boxes a year and on a rare occasion we ship out a part that is not up to our standards. We sincerely regret that this customer has received this defective part and have made arrangements to credit his account for this part. We let this customer know that he does not need to ship this part back to us because it is defective, saving him the hassle of returning it to us. We have already credited his account for the erroneous charge to his account ($144.95), which he should already have received credit for.

Saying you are giving a refund a doing are two different things. You stated a refund on Friday of 400 and then another 375 by Tuesday and its Wednesday with no refund except the 144.95 that was stolen from my account. Sorry if I don't trust you with good reason.

We have, in fact, refunded the $400 to the customer, as well as the $144.95. We have been out of town on business and will be able to provide the balance of the refund to Mr. [redacted] this week.
