I have talk to my customer and gave her a refund minus my service call of 95 dallors she pick up the check at my store if you have any questions please fell free to call me at [redacted] thanks [redacted] owner.

Review: Bought refridgerator 2-10-14 and they sent to my house after recieving it the next day I untapped the doors an plugged it in . The door hung and the seal on door would not seal all the way and was leaking cold air . So I called and talked to the guy I bought it from who also delivered it and told me to call main number to get derive so I did and she scheduled me someone to come out but no one ever showed up and after calling here back she said o the must of not made it ( what ) I will reschedule you . After we did this four times over with same response I gave up but calling every so often. I called to talk to manager three days ago and she said she would give him my number so that he may call me and still nothing . I will abide by contract invoice of : all sales final no refunds will fix or replace only. But I can't get anyone to do this . If I'm not able to fix it by this I will proceed to a small claim court until issue is resolved, thanksDesired Settlement: Refund/ replace

Review: Failure to repair dishwasher after receiving full payment. Paid $350.00 for a used circuit board on 17 year old Whirlpool model. It started and worked while he was here, but after completing to cycle it quit again as before. He came back, removed the circuit board, leaving parts scattered and said he would return the following Monday with another part. That was the last I've seen of him. Repeated calls for a week to the office assured me he will be by today, this evening, tomorrow, when he can work me in, you name it. Yesterday I went to the office to confront him and was able to speak with him on the phone. He assured me he would refund my payment except for the service call and would bring it by today. Still waiting. I feel it will be a long wait.Desired Settlement: Refund of $350.00, less service call

Review: I called M&M Appliance on 7/17/14 to see if they could repair my dishwasher. They concluded my circuit board was blown and needed to be replaced. Seeing has we have a large family , I was in desperate need to have the dishwasher repaired. So I agreed to pay the $405.97 to have a new circuit board installed. The owner assured me they had a 90 day warranty on all work.On 7/18/14 my dishwasher stopped working again. I called M&M Appliance and they came to inspect it, saying now it needed a new motor. The owner assured me he could have the problem fixed ASAP. A employee came to my house 7/18/14 and removed my dishwasher to take to the shop so they could properly fix it. The employee left the water line open and flooded my kitchen. When I called for them to come fix the water line, the owner seemed mad that I would call with such a problem, a employee did return that night to cap of the water line. On 7/21/14 I called to check the status, and was told the owner would call me back later in the day to tell me. I did not receive a call. I called again on 7/23/14, with the receptionist telling me the same thing, still I received NO call. I finally received a call on 7/25/14 from an employee telling me they had no motor and one had to be ordered, it should be a few days. I waited and called back on 7/30/14 inquiring about my dishwasher, again I was told someone would call me. No call. On 8/7/14 called again, with the same result. On 8/11 myself and my husband were able to find the owners number, we both called and he could tell us nothing. I informed him if we did not receive a full refund of $405.97 or a completely working dishwasher by the end of business, I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com, and write a negative review on Angie's list. With this the owner hung up on me. So as of 8/11/14, we do not have a ETA on a refund or the whereabouts of our dishwasher. The unprofessional service this company gives, is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like the $405.97 we paid to M&M Appliance on 7/17/14 to be refunded in the full amount. With everything that has happened, I would not trust anything they have "repaired".

Midkiff , Midland TX 79701 he does not recall the exact date he handed him a check for the amount of $405.97 Mr. [redacted] said he could dispose the dishwasher he did not want to take it.
