I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved
Sincerely,
*** ***

This letter is to state that we have read the attached and is very surprised to read such a negative complaint The customer states that we submitted her applications to multiple banks without informing her, which is absolutely not true The customer was well aware that we were taking
her credit application information to try to get her a better rate then her bank was offering her for the vehicle she so wanted We can provide you the credit application that she filled out and signed so we can proceed with getting a better rate

We had you complete a credit application so that we can submit it to other banks to try to get you a better rate The letters that you have received were decision letters from the bank we sent your application to initially We have not sent you application to any other banks after thatWe apologize that there was some miscommunication between you and our salesman To make sure that something like this does not happen again, we will sit with our salesmen and make sure that the customer understand and is well aware of what we are going to do

M&A Motors are a bunch of scam artists. The worst used car dealer I have ever dealt with. My husband and I just bought a car from them. The car has a lift kit. The car has 9k miles on it. A car with that little mileage should not have any problems. We have had it for a week and my husband noticed something was wrong with the car it needed an alignment. He called M&A about it and they blew him off. So he took it to a specialist who told him that something was wrong with the steering box and the shocks needed to be replaced. We called M&A about it. We wanted the specialist we took it to fix the car since he knew about lift kits but M&A refused and said we had to bring it to their mechanic. My husband asked the owner of M&A if his mechanic knew about lift kits and he says I am sure he does. If I let them fix the car then they would just put a band aid on it and then a couple months down the line when we had more problems they would say sorry not our problem. I don't trust them to do the right thing. My husband asked for our money back and they said no we are not giving your money back sue us. Never in my life have I experienced such sy customer service. If you buy used go to a dealer that certifies.

Review: I saw an advertisement for a car online at this dealership. It was about two grand over my budget but I decided to give them a call to see if the price was negotiable. I called the business and spoke to a man named Keya. I told him ahead of time what my budget was, and what I was willing to spend. Because I was approved for a car loan through my bank, I wanted to stick within the budget that I was approved for. Keya told me that he would be able to get me the car for the price within my budget. Once I got to the dealership Keya showed me the car. I was in a rush to get to work so I told him I would leave a deposit to secure the car and come back the next day to test drive the car. We went into the office and he told me I needed to fill out paperwork. I asked why did I have to fill out paperwork if I already have the loan ID from my bank. He told me to fill it out and put the loan application ID on top. I did just that. I asked him to call me with the finalized price of the car and we would take it from there. I told Kia I did not want a higher loan amount, and if he was able to get a price closer to my budget that would work for me. Keya called me a couple of times throughout the day and told me that I was preapproved for a higher loan amount with different companies. I said to him specifically I did not give permission to have my information sent to other banks. I asked him not to send any of my information to any more companies. I called the manager and asked what was the name of all of the banks that my information was sent. He told me my information was sent to two other banks. I asked why. He said because the loan amount was not enough to cover the car I wanted. I told the manager that I never gave permission to have my information sent to any parties. This business has sent my information to other banks without my permission, and I know that has a negative effect on my credit score. I got a letter in the mail a few days ago from people's alliance credit union telling me that I was declined a loan, so that means my information was sent out to more than 2 other companies. I even got a call from my bank stating this dealership sent over a purchase order for a car behind my back. I am writing this complaint in hopes that this company stops sending information to companies behind customers back which affects their credit score.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to have all of the companies that were sent my information by M@A motors completely removed from my credit report. Correction to credit report
