Hi, We sent two crews three times at least to adjust doors and drawers and adding shoe molding as they requestedThe owner has never told me that we made water leak till now and there are lots of construction in this house tooWe dont understand if we break the water line, why didnt he call me ? We heard one of crew they hired damaged their doors on purpose because they are very picky To install handles is not our part of job and he did not pay it when he ordered kitchen cabinetsI told him we just dont have schedule to install handles which is very reasonable as most customer install their handles by themselvesSo this is not concerning a complaintHer wife came by order handles and picked a few days agoShe did not even mention about water leak eitherSo they even dont know who made water leakWe sent crews to fix many times and our company owner went to their houses to resolve all problems two times till they were happy then paid balance after thatThe only reason they complained is because we dont have schedule to install handle and that is not our responsibility to do itPlease let me know if you have questionThanks Bin H ***B C Kitchen & Bath LLC

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I will not only accept the free vaccines from Luv My Pet for the fact that they will not accept my full request for a refund of $as well as the final vaccines free for both of my kittens I paid for my kittens first round of vaccine shots and was told that the price I was paying would cover all of their vaccines During my second visit I was charged the additional $ I explained to the employee that I was told the initial charge from my first visit would cover all of the vaccines When she explained that I would need to pay for each round I told her that I was not going to argue with her because it was not her fault and I would pay the fee and handle my dispute afterwards If I would have known that Luv My Pet would not refund me my $I would not have paid the fee and would have resolved the issue with management that day The reason I did not take my kittens in for their third and final round of vaccines is because I did not want to have to pay for the vaccines again and then have to try and settle the dispute afterwards Based upon the information that was given to me by Luv My Pet I should be issued my $refund and my kittens should receive their final vaccines free of charge Regards, [redacted] ***

They are still refusing to come back and finish cabinets I'm not able to open any cabinets My wife wasted her time going by there times to let them know what type of handles we needed The excuse that it doesn't fit their schedule is Rediculous after already collecting 18k+I already cleaned up after all there other mistakes with garbage left behind and busted pipes The least they can do is come back and install handles and make few cabinet adjustments that hit one another when open and put rest of quarter round molding down that's missing

Our response to Mr. [redacted]’s complaint is as follows:
The manager of our Pittsburgh office(Deb) contacted Mr. [redacted] to discuss his complaint over
the phone. As he stated in his complaint, he feels that he should not only receive free
vaccines, but also a refund for the...

vaccines the kittens received in August 2014.
We offered him a free round of vaccines for both of his kittens for the inconvenience, but
told him we will not be issuing a refund for the $104. He stated that is not acceptable and
is going to leave his complaint open with the Revdex.com.
We also explained, that due to the lapse in the boosters (more than 4 weeks has past since
the first set), the kittens would need to start over (with the free set) and then will need an
additional set of boosters for the 3/1 and felv (within 4 weeks). He stated that he would
pay for those additidnal boosters and is not requesting a discount for them.
We apologize for any confusion (or lack of information) when he called the office and that is
why we are offering the next shots at no charge. There is a charge~~•~for the additional
boosters at all veterinarians offices. Regardless of where he takes his kittens for vaccines,
they need at least 2 or 3 rounds to build up their immune system. Our flyers and website
both state that the price does not include the cost of boosters, however, we cannot confirm
if this was stated on the phone. We will not refund for services rendered when there is
nothing wrong with the product. As a good faith effort to the customer, we are trying to
make it right by offering the free/round.

Review: While researching and calling about prices for kitten vaccinations I came across Luv My Pet. I contacted them to get the cost of vaccinations for my two kittens. I explained to the person that I did not know much about vaccinations but wanted to make sure that my kittens received all the vaccinations that they needed. I was told by Luv My Pet that they had a kitten package that included all the vaccinations my kittens would need for $49 per kitten. I asked if it included all of the vaccinations they would need and I was assured yes it did. I took my 2 kittens to Luv My Pet at the [redacted] in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. My kittens received their vaccinations (paid $49 per kitten) and I was told that I would need to return in 3-4 weeks because not all of the vaccinations could be done at once. I proceeded to return to the next scheduled date and after the kitten's vaccinations I was directed to go to a cashier for Luv my Pet who would set-up my next appointment. Here I was told that I owed an additional fee for the new shots. I explained to the lady that when I called I was told that it would cost $49 per kitten. She just stared at me and said no that is not how it works I owed additional money for the current vaccinations. This is ridiculous because not only did I have to pay for their second round of vaccinations but I have to take them back for another round of vaccinations which I will be charged for once again!Desired Settlement: I want the additional money that I had to pay for my kitten's second round of vaccinations refunded to me and I want their 3rd round of vaccinations to be included with the initial $49 per kitten that I was told but a Luv my Pet employee.

Review: I took two adult dogs to the LuvMyPet vaccination clinic on Saturday, July 19th at the [redacted] on [redacted]. I have been taking my dogs to the clinics at this store for over 10 years. My two dogs had received their second rabies shot on July 23, 2011 which was due to expired July 23, 2014 according to the paperwork I received from LuvMyPet in 2011 (but did not bring to the store). When it was my turn to have my dogs vaccinated, I was told that without bringing in the previous paperwork I would receive a 1 year certificate that could be changed to a three certificate by calling the number for the local office on the back of the pink paperwork I was given. I explained to the assistant that I had not been required to provide previous paperwork before and that it was through LuvMyPet previously. I was told it was a "new rule". On July 31st I called the regional (New Jersey) number and was told that I had to call within a week and it was now too late. There is nothing on the paperwork that I had received that says I needed to call within a week. I was told that LuvMyPet had changed management and this was the rule now.I feel that LuvMyPet was misleading on two counts: the first in requiring previous paperwork without indicating it on either the card mailed to me or a sign at the clinic; and the second in not accepting requests after one week when again, there is no mention of this restriction on the paperwork that I was given.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the three-year rabies certificate (expiring July 19, 2017) that should have been given to me for my 2 dogs.
