I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** I don't find their response truthful for some of the content I was not rude to the owner, I expressed my dissatisfaction in their customer service and am quite flabbergasted that it was the owner I was talking to Yes, I displayed my logo on Facebook that I'm proud of, but not proud of the workmanship on the cup I was actually treated poorly as a customer and just don't want other customers with this same experience This issue can be closed
