at the clinic Mrs. [redacted] works at. The lady that called identified herself as a nurse and I made a remark “ so she at a clinic so you guys ran a stool sample to trace it back to the poblano chicken” it was just a question since the caller ID had a clinic name on it. the nurse exploded and was telling me is that I didn’t even offer her an apology and she was going to report me? I didn’t think it was appropriate to apologize to the nurse. I never did talk to Mrs. [redacted] that day. Once I received the letter from Revdex.com I called Mrs. [redacted]. She was very sweet and I extended my apologies and went over all of our daily safety precautions that we take to grantee freshness. She was pleased with the apology.
