We have never and will never defraud anyone, we have been operating succesfully for more than 25 years .
We have posted at our ticket booth on the counter where you purchase tickets a notice saying it is early for whales in Nova Scotia and...
sightings are less frequent at this time of year. It appears Ms[redacted] who was not in Nova Scotia or at the wharf or on the boat does not have all the information from her parents or they did not read the notice. Ms[redacted] has posted all kinds of negative false information about our company on social media without knowing the facts which is deplorable. As far as we are concerned this is over.

My parents are senior citizens and do not understand how to utilize social media or get online to request a redund on their own. The opinions expressed in these complaints are theor own, I am merely the messenger. In reviewing hundreds of negative comments on [redacted] it does not appear they are alone in their claims and they feel taken advantage of. In the absence of a refund they are prepared to take the business to small claims and we have already begun filing complaints for fraud with the local Chamber of Commerce and Canadian Anti-Fraud Centere. Please advise whrn refund has been processed or we will take additional action as noted.

I have already given my response. I far as we are concerned this is finished. No one was defrauded of anything. I will not respond to any more concerning this matter.
