Business states that consumer asked for the same color of the original upholstery. Consumer was happy with the work at the time of departure. Unfortunately, her initial request was for the same original color and that is what was provided to her. She has informed us that the actual work was good, it is just the color that she did not like. If she had specified the initial color at the beginning then that is what would have been provided. Business states that they have a variety of colors,including the one she now wants, and would be more than happy to replace the upholstery at consumer cost.

Review: My complaint is that I am nor in agreement with the color of the tapestry that this company put in my truck. I tried to work something out with the owner, who is the same person who made the initial transaction with, and he did not want to listen to us. He even got aggressive with me because I told him it was not the same color the truck had. He put in a different color that was not the same as the one the truck had when we took the truck to get upholstered. We never requested to have a color change.Desired Settlement: Well. I want the business to change the color of the tapestry to the color it had when it was taken.
