Thank you so much for your letter regarding Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] )Please review ourexplanation of the events regarding this complaint below.The IncidentAfter reviewing the complaint with my entire team, this is our account of the events that transpired ataround 3:00AM on May 3rd, 2015.The customer entered the restaurant with four people total and was joined by five other friends whowere already at the restaurant waiting to be seatedThe customer's entire party consisted of ninepeople totalThe customer and his friends dined at -3:00AM and many of them were intoxicated,including the customerThe customer was sat at a table for nine peopleAlthough his group paid withtwo separate checks, our waiter confirmed that each dish that was brought out to the table was claimedby somebody sitting in their groupIn total, everything that was ordered by the group was delivered andclaimed by somebody in the groupBoth our records and staff confirmed that the order was completelyfulfilled.When the customer mentioned to our staff that he was missing a dish, our staff counted every dish onthe table and compared it to the customer's group receiptIn fact, every dish that was paid for wasalready on the tableNevertheless, our team offered to "rush" any dish he would like but he declined.Because the group's order was completely fulfilled, any additional items ordered would need to be paidfor.At this point, the customer became irate and began to yell, curse, and act belligerent towards our staff.After it was determined that the customer was a safety concern, he was asked to leave and wasescorted out by our security.Explanation of our Actions Regarding the Customer's OrderEverything that was paid for by the customer was dropped off and claimed by somebody sitting on histableAt this point, the customer's original order was completely fulfilledAfter the customer believed that his dish was missing, our team immediately offered to "rush" any dish he would like so the he coulddine with his friendsThe customer declined this offerBecause the order was completely fulfilled, anyadditional items ordered would, of course, need to be paid for.Why the Customer was asked to LeaveOur company takes the safety of our employees very seriously and has zero tolerance for any guest whoverbally assaults any of our staff membersOur entire team confirmed that the customer was yelling,cursing, belligerently intoxicated, and irate at our staffThis is why he was asked to leave and escortedout by security.Our Correspondence with the CustomerThe customer reached out to us via email to discuss his frustrationPlease see the followingcorrespondence we've had with the customerPlease note that the name of the customer has beenwithdrawn to protect his identity.Customer's original email dated May 3'd, 2015:""I have a complaint that needs to be addressed asapI came in to your establishment on [redacted] 2:-3:30am with a group of peopleI was treated very poorlyI have dined here on multiple occasionsI purchased(4) products from your restaurant and only received (3)I paid for somethingI did not receive itI asked for myreceiptI was kicked outI was not refunded.This is grounds for a lawsuitI was publicly humiliated in your establishment, did not get my item of purchaseand was not refundedI have the names of others who can stand witnessI have my receipt.I am asking for a verbal and written apology from the rude man (supposedly the owner) and this businessIf I amcontacted within business days I will not forward this issue to Revdex.com (Revdex.com) and likeassociations that can further my causeAs of now I have [redacted] your restaurant poorly on Yelp, Face book, andother social networksI will continue to do so until my voice is heardI do not care for the mere [redacted] *My desireis an apologyIf I am satisfied I will remove all and any poor ratings that I have given you on these websites.I look forward to hearing from you soon.Feel free to contact me via Facebook & Email.Our response to the customer's email dated May [redacted] 2015:"Hello-.Thank you for your messageI apologize for your frustration and I hope my response will clarify any questionsyou may have.After speaking with my team and reviewing our records, it appears that every dish you paid for was in factcooked and delivered to your tableIt is from my understanding that you dined in with eight other guests thatnight and sat al a table for nine people totalAlthough your group had two separate checks, my waiter confirmedthat each dish he brought out was claimed by somebody sitting in your groupPerhaps there was some confusionamongst your group about who ordered what - not on our endboth my records and staff confirmed that yourorder was completely fulfilled.I was also told that our team offered to "rush" any dish you would like but you declinedPlease understand thatbecause your order was completely fulfilled, any additional items ordered would, of course, need to be paid for.We ask this from all of our customers -
