the Children ring in size 54 that she purchased from our ecommerce website. We responded to her and told her it was in error. We shipped her out the certificate via [redacted] and we show it was delivered 6/**2015 at 9:43 am. On October **,2015, she contacted us to say the ring is scratched when her friend in China opened it. We let her know about return policy for ecommerce is within 30 days and we will exchange or return the item to you original form of payment as long as the piece is not scratched or worn. It was well past that time. I spoke to her via phone 11/**/2015 and asked her to send pictures of the ring that her friend received(2nd attachment). We have sent her email dated 11/**/15 that in good faith we would exchange the ring(1st attachment). We have not heard back from the client as of today 11/**/2015.
