be moving to the facility, and normally with Loving Angels when you agree to use us for 7 days you as a client/customer have to honor that because we have also promised this to the care nurses on duty and we have to pay them for the number of days we promised them. I believe the problem is my miss communication with ** the coordinator of [redacted] and the family. At that time we focusses on the need of the family neglecting the payment agreement. I remembered I promised Mr [redacted]'s son that I will refund the money but it just slipped out of my mind due to the so many other things I was focussing on esp. the tax preparation. I am mailing the check tommorrow but if someone will bw home I will be dropping it by. I do apologize not that I dont want to pay I will pay since I have promised I will. Thank for you understanding [redacted], Owner.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Loving Angels should contact my son, [redacted], at the given phone number to make arrangements to accept the check.
The caregivers from this agency are generally very good, however, the owner is very unprofessional. Her workers are NEVER paid on time. This owner NEVER reponds to her clients or her own caregiver's calls or texts.
Review: Loving Angels has not refunded me for $216 which was an advanced payment for home care services not provided. We began services with Loving Angels on Saturday, 12/6/14, for my terminally ill husband. Loving Angels provided 12 hour care from 8 PM to 8 AM. We were required to pay weekly every Thursday in full for 7 days which meant we were paying for Friday in advance. As my husband became weaker we had to switch from in home care to a care facility. On Thursday, 1/8/15 we were notified that a facility was available for immediate occupancy so my son contacted Loving Angels on the morning of Friday, 1/9/15, that Loving Angel services were no longer needed. At that time my son was told that since we had paid in advance for Friday, 1/9/15, a refund would be forthcoming. Over the next 2 months my son had to call the initial contact person (La) several times and was given several explanations for the delay but that a refund would be coming. After no refund or return call, my son called Loving Angels directly and was told that they would check into it and call back. We did not receive a call back so we sent a follow up letter on 3/4/15 requesting a refund or a call if there were any questions. As of today, 4/2/15, we have not received a return call or a refund. We have receipts and documentation to support these dates and facts. As I am elderly and hard of hearing, any contacts should be made to my son at the phone number or email provided.Desired Settlement: Refund check in the amount of $216 for advanced payment for one day of service which was not rendered.
