I have called Ms*** to set up an appointment for a plumber to come out and inspect the work performed and make any repairs necessaryI have not received a return phone call from Ms*** to dateOnce she calls me back, I will be happy to set up and appointment for this to be done or if need be, issue a refund for our services

I received a call from Ms*** in JuneI told her that I would be available for a home visit on the morning of Friday, June 27, She said she would call me back to confirm the an appointment for Friday, June She never called! As of today, Friday, July 25, I have not heard from Ms*** or Mr***

I have performed several hundred service calls for this building the consumers resides. I went back to unit a second time free...

of charge to clean drain. I never stated I would reimburse her money because we made 2 visits and fixed the situation both times. I cannot give a warranty on the service because I don't know what consumers flush down their drains. I'd be more than happy to give you Kass Managements # (XXX) XXX-XXXX. They know the situation that has been recorded with city inspectors regarding kitchen drains in this building.

Hello.
I am not happy with this business's response.
My issue was with a washing machine and not a kitchen sink. So I'm not sue what they are referring to.
I would not make up a lie that someone told me they would give me my money back. I would not go through all the trouble to make a complaint if I didn't feel that it was warranted.
I have never had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com before but this is ridiculous.
I continue to have backup water in my washing machine and informed this plumber of the problem. I should not have to contact my building as that is irrelevant.
I do have proof that the building has sold units with washer and dryers in them so I'm not sure why he would bring that up as that is irrelevant.

As far as a refund is concerned, I will not issue one because, as I previously explained, I went two times to the apartment to rod the drain. The first time, it worked for a month. The second time, the customer says it lasted for three weeks. I don't know what she is dumping down the drain therefore I cannot be responsible.
The building has old pipes and the engineers agree with me that you should not give any type of warranty on rodding because you don't know what the tenants are putting down the drain. Once again, I have never stated there was going to be a refund.

Hello.
I am not satisfied with this response. [redacted] told me "he would drop off a check to [redacted] the property manager" to refund me for the work that was done because of the fact that the problem was not resolved. As a matter of fact, the issue is actually worse ever since work was performed by [redacted] Plumbing. Everything that he mentioned is irrelevant to me.
Again I have never had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com but due to the fact that I was told I would get my money back, I feel it is only right for the company to follow through. I should not have to fight to get my money back but they have left me no choice. I do not like to do business with people that lie to me.
I have tried several times to reach [redacted] and my phone calls were not returned.
