I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I'm literally just going to copy and paste the following sentence from my last correspondence which already contained the email account used for the purchase:"My apologies about the email mix upI have two emails linked together, one for personal use and the other for businessI made the purchase via PayPal using my personal email (***)The reason I didn’t include any transaction or order number is simply because there wasn’t one in the order confirmation email I received."Also, two of those emails that never received responses were sent to the email address you just provided (***)Please take a closer look at the screenshots if necessary

We have absolutely no record of this transaction.  I also have no record of any email from the above address.   I can also safely say that I have never spoken to this person over the phone.  If they can provide me with the email address associated with their PayPal account, I can...

gladly refund them OR, they can provide us with the transaction ID (which is missing from the screen cap provided).We've dealt with a lot of issues with this particular promotion and we have handles all of them accordingly.  I assure you that we can sort this matter out with the information provided.

I have two emails linked together, one for personal use and the other for business. I made the purchase via PayPal using my personal email ([redacted]). The reason I didn’t include any transaction or order number is simply because there wasn’t one in the order confirmation email I received.  I’m also going to go ahead and included screenshots of the three email attempts I have made to contact them in December, January and February seeing as they’re claiming I have not (screenshots 1, 2 & 3 attached).
 Unfortunately it now appears that the tracking number proving the item was never actually shipped to me, but instead back to themselves no longer works, but I do have an email log of that as I chose to be notified of each shipping update through the USPS service (screenshot 4 attached).

  Sorry for bombarding you with information, Madelyn, but their claim that they have not received any contact from me is absurd and a blatant lie. I find it humorous how quickly they responded to an email from the Revdex.com, but not from one of their own customers.

Your client has been refunded in full.  Had he followed the steps necessary to receive his refund in the first place, this would not have happened.  Taking to Social Media to correspond with a business is "no way to do business".  We've been doing business since 1971 with a flawless track record.  For us to decide at this time to sully our good name would make no sense.  This was obviously something that fell through the cracks seeing as we processed over 2500 of these orders.  Your indication that involving the Revdex.com is the only way this issue could have been resolved is incorrect.  Thank You.
