***The family came into our restaurant and ordered a jumbo bacon burger and a jumbo fishAll of our orders are made to order at the time the order is placedNothing is pre-cookedThe burger in question is an ozWhich takes approximately 5-minutes a side in order to cook it properlyThe fish is Ozwhich takes minutes on average to cook it properly.The order was completed in about minutesIn the mother’s statement she said her son became fussyMy staff told me that she stated to her husband the baby was fussy and would not take his bottle and she was losing her appetiteNot once did the staff complain about her familyNot once did my staff tell her it was too bad, she would have to wait for her burgerThese statements made by this party are completely falseOur top priority is customer service and we take great pride in our relationships with our customer baseWhen the food was ready to be served she told the girls that they were veiy rude because it took so long to prepare that she preferred it now to be taken outAs she walked out the door still complaining on the rudeness of the staffWhen she arrived at her home she called the restaurant and continued to complain about the rudeness using disgusting profanity to our employeeWhen the girl on the phone tried to explain in order to cook the order safely and properly that it takes timeWe are not a fast food establishmentOnce again my employee was told of her rudeness for interrupting her still using profanityNo employee stated to her to get over itAs she continued to keep degrading my staff with profanity for a few more minute she then hung the phone upI have owned this business for over years and have yet to have a customer act so disrespectful as this person did to my employeesAgain we take great pride in our customer service.Regards;Joseph L***

Review: I had gone to the restaurant with my family on 6/27/15. I ordered my food wasn't asked how I wanted it . I wasn't informed of the 25 minute wait until my sons burger was finished. In the midst of waiting on the burgers to b finished my 1&1/2 yr old son became fussy and the staff very loudly complained about my son and when I asked what happened with the burger they told me too bad I have to wait. I waited as patiently as I could for the burger they whole too me I could plainly hear them complaining about my family and I. I left the establishment and called to complain about my experience and was told too bad get over it.Desired Settlement: I'm looking for better employees and better customer service

The family came into our restaurant and ordered a jumbo bacon burger and a jumbo fish. All of our orders are made to order at the time the order is placed. Nothing is pre-cooked. The burger in question is an 8 oz. Which takes approximately 5-7 minutes a side in order to cook it properly. The fish is 9 Oz. which takes 11 minutes on average to cook it properly.The order was completed in about 20 minutes. In the mother’s statement she said her son became fussy. My staff told me that she stated to her husband the baby was fussy and would not take his bottle and she was losing her appetite. Not once did the staff complain about her family. Not once did my staff tell her it was too bad, she would have to wait for her burger. These statements made by this party are completely false. Our top priority is customer service and we take great pride in our relationships with our customer base. When the food was ready to be served she told the girls that they were veiy rude because it took so long to prepare that she preferred it now to be taken out.
