I went to have an eye exam on March and the Doctor said I have a caterac in my left eye and diallated my eyes he sent me to the front to pick out a set of glassesThe technician helped find a frame and I paid for them with my credit card they had me go to the back of the office so the doctor can finish his exam and he then told me I needed surgery my daughter asked him if I will need another pair of glasses after surgery he said yes we scheduled surgery for April 11, after we got home his office called ten minutes to reschedule the surgery to March , On March we went back to cancel the order for the glasses the technition refused to do it she had the doctor come out and talk to us and he told the tech to call and see if they started it if they didn't go ahead and refund themThe tech called as we waited and she said they already started on themI spoke to the office manager on March and explained to her what issue I was having and she said she proceeded to exp
