Little General Convenience Stores

The money was returned to my bank account, but with that being said I want to know why this company is tieing up peoples money to purchase gasThey should put signs up telling people about this nonsense

My name is *** *** and I am the assistant manager of Little General # SuttonLane, Sutton WVThis email is concerning Customer Concern I* * ***I do not know if you received a response from us but I wanted to make sure that the concern was
addressed. I have personally spoke to all the clerks that worked on 5/7/2016, and no one at this location spoke to this customer on the phoneIf they had no one would have told anyone that this is something new that we are doing nowAs far as I myself and my manager knows (along with all other employees) It depends upon the customers credit card company if there is a hold put on the cardLittle General does not put a hold on the customers card. I do not have enough information on the transaction to look anything up on itThe only date I have is when they say they spoke with a clerkI don't know if it was a transaction that was ran inside of the store or if it was ran outside at the pumpI have no time frame, cashier name, or any transaction number to even begin to find out when this happened
