Review: I ordered a car wax product in good faith based on user reviews. After following the directions exactly, my result was far from the expectations proffered by the manufacturer of the product and the seller's representations. As with any product, a reputable company stands behind it's product with a refund of purchase price for non satisfaction. I followed instructions exactly as stated on the containers and did not achieve nearly the performance result I had already gotten with another wax product. I initially contacted the seller I purchased the product from and they stated they would issue a "partial" refund after receiving it back. I asked for clarification of exactly what was meant by partial refund and was ignored by the seller. It is clearly stated on the product container that, with exact application of the product as directed, that a full refund of the purchase price is warranted to the buyer if it does not perform as warranted.

I submitted a detailed email to this corporate office explaining all the procedures I undertook and exactly what the end result was. It was sent to the executive the individual answering the phone gave me the email address for to which I should submit it. I received no reply after a week. Subsequently I called this corporate office and spoke to a man who had represented himself to be a principal of the company. He was highly unprofessional, rude and actually hung up on me. He stated that their product was "perfect" and that I must have "bad paint."

This is an abhorrent attitude of a management individual of a corporation claiming to have an established reputation and a long standing business. I don't take advantage of anyone. On the other hand, I am a discriminating consumer and I expect the representations made by a company to be honored if I have spent money for a product that does not perform satisfactorily for me.

Please attach to file.Desired Settlement: The end indemnifier of any manufacturer representation by the corporate office is the company itself. For this company to take this attitude and ignore communications is certainly not indicative of other companies who have integrity and want to promote goodwill with consumers. The attitude I have been subjected to apparently shows they have no regard for integrity of their sales outlets either acting as an extension of the company or their practices.
