If you want them to be there on time or too early make your appt on a friday..if you want them late make it on a monday

I have been in my new home for months and have yet to speak to any customer service representative about setting up an accountEvery time I call I'm on hold for a minimum of min and as soon as someone picks up, they hang up the phone on me.I went to their website and tried to set up an account on my own, but when I would put in my account number, it would say it doesn't existEvery month my bill comes as a FINAL NOTICE and I have about days to pay before it's shut offI have to either call and pay (with a $service fee) or hurry and get it in the mail and hope they open it before then.Absolute worst experience overall I've ever had with any company

Deposit of $to get the gas turned on, 30+ months of faithful on time payments, my deposit was applied to my bills, I never got asked if that was what I wanted to happen to my deposit and where's my interest? How much interest? Scam maybe? Well I paid late or times just purely out of forgetting to pay, paid a late fee, now they want to get me for another $depositwait what ? I was faithful longer than most, sorry I don't like storing my information or having an autopay because it's never the same time when the money is taken out, messing with my knowledge of my fundsAnd excuse me for being human and forgettingAlso it might get tacked onto one bill, they have to request to have the deposit split upRude Customer service as wellI can't wait to move and not need this garbage companyFLORIDA *** !

This company's professionalism is deplorable. I have been waiting for the technician for the past 27 hours. They leave no way to contact them and no one is available on weekends even though they are supposedly sending a technician. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

More than review is a complaining about TECO PEOPLE GAS , I didn't understand how they charge a $100 for reconnect you service , I didn't pay my bill on time and they send me a new bill with 2 months on there , I understand I will pay 2 Bill toguether but yesterday they cut out my service and today have to pay$100 extra , is ridiculous I have to gift theys 2 extra month , they have to understand that we work hard to earn $8.5 for hour is to much I don't say don't charge for reconnect you service but $100 for me is too much.because is the only company gas that we can use.

I am in need of natural gas at my house. There are limited options and TECO Peoples Gas is one of two options. I called them several times to set up gas only to be placed on hold for over 30 minutes every time I call with never an answer from a representative. If this is how they treat a potential new customer, how do they treat you when they already have your money!
