Review: I HAVE BEEN GOING TO [redacted] FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS UNDER THE ASSUMPTION HE WAS A PAIN MANAGEMENT DR. HE WOULD SUDDENLY CHANGE MY PRESCRIPTION FROM ONE MEDICINE TO ANOTHER WITHOUT NOTICE. IT COST ME $180 PER VISIT TO SEE HIM..AS WELL AS$20 IN GAS.I USED TO HAVE NO PROBLEM FILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS, THEN IN APRIL OF2014,NO ONE WOULD FILL MY SCRIPT-I WENT WITHOUT MY PAIN MEDICNE AND WAS STUCK N BED IN PAIN.FINALLY AFTER MY CHILDREN CALLED AND DROVE ALL VER DE AND MD THEY FOUND A PHARMACY THAT WOULD FILL IT.THEN MAY COMES, I GO TO MY VISIT WITH [redacted], HE GAVCE ME MY SCRIPTS AND I LEFT- AGAIN NO PHARMACY WOULD FILL THEM- I COME TO FIND OUT HE IS NOT PAIN MANAGEMENT BUT A REGULAR DR.THE PHARMACYS HAVE STATED THAT HE IS N PROBATION AND THAT IS WHY THEY WILL NOT FILL THEM. I CALLED THE DR AND ASKED WHERE I COULD GET THEM FILLED AND I WAS TOLD JUST DRIVE AROUND UNTIL YOU FIND ONE-I AM 59/DISABLED AND LITERALLY CANNOT DRIVE FOR HOURS IN SEARCH OF A PHARMACY THAT WILL ACCEPT SCRIPTS FROM [redacted]. AFTER GOING ANOTHER 3DAYS WITHOUT MY MEDS, MY FAMILY DR WROTE ME A PRESCRIPTION UNTIL I FIND A NEW DR. [redacted] IS ACCEPTING CASH TOBE SEEN AND WRITING OUT PRESCRIPTIONS HE KNOWS YOU CANNOT GET FILLED!! THAT IS WRONG TO DO TO ELDERLY/DISABLED PEOPLE!!!! THIS MAN SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!Desired Settlement: I AT THE VERY LEAST WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR MY VISIT FOR APRIL AND MAY OF 2014 AS WELL AS TRAVELING EXPENSES WHILE TRYING TO FIND A PHARMACY THAT WOULD ACCEPT HIS SCRIPT. ALSO FOR HAVING TO TRAVEL TO AND FROM MY FAMILY DR TO GET A NEW VALID PRESCRIPTION. THATS $360 FOR APRIL AND MAYS VISIT AS WELL AS $75 FOR TRAVELING EXPENSES.. THATS A TOTAL OF $435..IF NEED BE I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO A LAWYER.
