All legit travel agencies and airlines sale nonrefundable packages and it is clear that nonrefundable means that if the customer wants to cancel for some reason, but if the agency or the business fails to deliver the promised services in exchange of money; they give refund immediately and some of them give their customer some travel credit on the top of the refund and apologize
This agent could not get the necessary visa for me and many other customers because he is not an approved agent by the Saudi embassy and Hajj ministry to take people for pilgrimage (Hajj)
I received a partial refund of $2500; I need the rest of my money back
I bought a travel insurance, I contacted the customer service to file a claim they say the Visa denial is not covered

This response is not acceptable for me. I want my money back. How come I keep my money with them for a year? I don't see anything new in the response of that business, it is just a repeat to the previous response which does not make any sense. I'm requesting an conference call with Revdex.com representative involved.
