I am rejecting this response because: I accept most of the letter from the president of Lifestyles RV. I have been contacted by the Service Manager,
I did purchase an extended warranty from them and it will cover most of the problems we are having. My issue with this is that there should not have been these problems. We paid nearly $50,for this "pre-owned" camper. I expected the black water valve to workThat is a pretty basic item that should be working. The EPA does not like human waste to be sprayed on the ground. As for the ac, we purchased the camper in August, they should have checked the ac to be sure there were no problems. As for the cable, true, we did not purchase the Dish from them. They did not have the Tailgater package we wanted or we would have. That is beside the point. We were told that we could plug the cable in to the plug of the camper and it would work. That didn't happen. Nothing happened. We could get TV with the antenna. There was no TV in the living room, the TV in the garage didn't work. We put our TV from out house in the living room and another one in the garage. not up to the standard Something I didn't put in the complaint is that one of the recliners fell apart after about days. We replaced both recliners. We expected more from a business that has been awarded so many accolades in the RV business. I know we are but one client but we really have a bad taste about this.Yes, we probably do have some "buyers remorse". With the problems we have had in less than months (of those months, the camper was not used), I just wondered what else will happen. I don't want to get down the road and have to spend time with the camper in the shop.The service manager called, he said that it is not unusual for the cable not to work. His exact words was "The *** don't know what they are doing." He said he had a man that could fix it but it would take up to to hours. He offered a camp space in the campground across the highway for us to stay in at their expense. That is not possible at this time. We live in the camper and *** still works full time. To make matters worse, he is having hip replacement surgery November at the Via *** Hospital in Manhattan, Kansas. After surgery, he will have physical therapy for several weeks after. It would not be easy for us if we were to have our money refunded. But we feel that is the best remedy for this issue. I am not trying to be difficult but I really feel we were sold a camper that was not up to the standards of Lifestyle RVs *** ***

First and foremost we are sorry the ***'s are not happy with their "pre-owned" Raptor 410. We received an email from the ***'s on 10/22/and then their Revdex.com complaint. Prior to that we did not know of any issues the ***'s were having with their Raptor. After
receiving the complaint we reached out to the ***'s and asked if there was anything we can do to take care of their issues.....they said no and all they want is their money back. Apparently the extended warranty they received from us had taken care of most of the issues. We even asked if we could reimburse them for the $deductible and they said no. In regards to the coax and the Dish TV.....they did not purchase the satellite from us and we did not install it.....not sure why that would be our issue?? In regards to the other issues, if allowed, we would have been more than happy to take care of those issues. Regardless, none of the issues warrant their money back as it appears they are having "buyers remorse". They Raptor they willingly purchased is a very nice camper. I take great offense to suggesting we took advantage of them. That did not happen!!! Again, we reached out to them to take care of any pending issues and we would still make that offer. Finally, we have been recognized years in a row as a Top Dealer in North America. We did not get this award because we use deceptive business practices. I really think the ***'s have no grounds to make the claims they have made, when they have never allowed us to take care of those issues.*** *** / President / Lifestyle RVs
