Review: On Jan **, 2014 we bought a 2013 Ford F-150 Fx4 VIN # [redacted] with the price includes shipping to Big Stone City, South Dakota. [redacted] or [redacted] was the person who sold us the salvage vehicle. As of today April [redacted]2014 we still do NOT have this vehicle. [redacted] or [redacted] will not let [redacted] the owner of Flat Rate, Inc. speak to anyone in management at Lev's Auto Repair regarding this issue. [redacted] or [redacted] was suppose to have a transport company get this to us but there is always a excuse why it is not here. [redacted] talks to this [redacted] or [redacted] guy on a weekly basis.Desired Settlement: We want our pickup that was purchased back on Jan **, 2014 or a refund check in the amount of $27, 278.38 which includes the lic and taxes that we had to pay. It would be nice to speak to management at Lev's Auto. If we have to we will get a lawyer involved. This is ridiculous.

Review: Purchased a vehicle on [redacted] late in 2014. Lost job and they agreed to resale and return money that I had already paid in

full. December ** received a email that they completed sale to another buyer and would send a $6200 check out

the following day. Numerous calls to them provide no check returned.Desired Settlement: Refund of money to me for a vehicle they have been paid for twice.
