year, and re-sealcoating is recommended every 3-5 years.  We did not even have a contract with her.  We were working at the neighbors house and she approached me about sealing her driveway and I gave her a verbal price and agreement.  It was a very odd circumstance because the neighbors driveway was completely fine and [redacted] had come off in areas.  The material supplier said they had no issues with the batch of material and that it was most likely an environmental issue.  Even though it was nothing that we as installers did incorrectly we went back and resealed the driveway at our expense to resolve the issue.  Please contact me with any questions.  Thanks, Steve
