Over payment of Invoice by $500.00
After I paid my final invoice I looked at my bank account and realized that I had over paid the invoice by $500.00. Notified Lester's Home Improvements the next day the 30th of July and still have not received any response.
Refund of the $500.00 over payment.
After you contracted Lester's Home Improvement, the company returned the $500.00. Thank you for all the assistance Revdex.com.
Lester came out the week before Mother's Day with his brother and took measurements. He also gathered my personal information, for an email quote which I never received. I was also given a completion date for job of May 12th, 14th, 15th, and the 19th. Today I received a text message saying,he decided to pass the job up. I only wanted to have two 6x8 wooden gates installed on each side of my house, which he said it would take a half a day. I'm trying to figure out , what a total stranger on a replicable site did with my personal information.
Im very sorry for your dissatisfaction. The job prior to yours has had unforseen complications arise that have put us behind schedule for not just your job but two others. The rain has not helped that situation, as today we would have been able to come if it weren't raining. However you never did send us your personal information for us to send you an invoice and never received a deposit for your material, therefore we had to take your off the books. Im very sorry for this but we thought it better to take you off the books rather than wait another week whereas you had already been pushed back.
These things don't happen often but they do happen in our line of work.
As I stated, I sent my personal information not once but three times. I also called, that's why I was given so many dates and promises by Lester that he would come by and pick up the deposit and send a invoice via email. Which he never did. I still have the text messages to prove it. Again, why did he collect my information by phone conversation and text messages knowing he was not going to perform the "half a day service". Surprisingly, after this review he's now available. No Thanks, I'll stick with the professionals. This company has already put, my Mother's Day gift back a month.
