I am rejecting this response because:we are...
talking about a n AC unit not a range. You did not even call us to see what was the problem, and had to go to another company and pay $1909.46 to diagnose and get parts from [redacted] and labor. This could have been resolved in June if you just cam e out to see the ac unit . Same problem as last year when installed. I have written to [redacted] and [redacted] about this terrible representation of [redacted]
