Per Revdex.com request I have waited for hours since recieving last communication from Leisure Time There has been no response.I am rejecting this response because:I have burned several fires in this insert over the holiday season Several things I have noticed The only control over the functions of the insert are opening a window in the room to start a fire, leaving the door to the insert open and standing by for to minutes for red hot coals to form and having a spray bottle with water in it for over fire situationsThis is all with the furnace and the range hood off.The Automatic Combustion Control(ACC) does not workThe manual says that you need not continually monitor the fire The StaAir Control does not work The only way I can start a fire is to leave the door cracked and a window cracked and sit in front of the insert for to minutes The front air channel does not shut down after 20-minutes and I do not know it it is ever openI also question if the air provided by the Outside Air Kit is even getting into the insert Why would I have to open a window to get a fire going or to keep one going after reloading? Using the StaAir control every time when I reload has no function Manuel Timer Over-Ride, does not work in case of an overfire situation I got in to an possible overfire situation and had to use a spray bottle to bring down the flames Burn Rate Air Control does not work There is only one speed that this insert burns at When I reload, I usually open a window and crack the insert door Otherwise, the fire would just sit and smolder and go outIs there not enough draft from the chimney? Is the outside air kit not suppling air to the insert? Please see page of the installation instructions regarding insulating the faceplate

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for your assistance The problems are not yet resolved When your installer came over he did not even pull the insert out to see if everything was connected correctly He said that he would be adding a 3' extension on the chimmney to improve the draft You have retracted that offer until the mechanical system and the insert are examined by YMC Mechanical The are scheduled to comee over next week to examine the total mechanical system and the insert Hopefully , we can get their results next week Please remember that it is a holiday week I do not know if they are closed only on Thanksgiving or that they will be closed Friday, too Best Wishes, and Happy Thanksgiving I hope the problems are resolved soon After all, the beginning of the insert install was in August and it is now Novermber

Meeting with the customer at their house before 10am on Wednesday 1/17 to complete the install. This is the earliest time and date available for the customer.

The customer has a wood stove which was installed to code, and to the manufacturers specifications. The pressure ecosystem in his home does not accommodate a preferential operating environment for draft to happen. The insert itself, has two mechanical pieces, which are documented by the install team to have been operational at the time of install. Leisure Time has provided the customer with a functional product, and a proper install. I must emphasize, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the stove, and the installation was documented, and done 100% to code, and the manufacturers specifications.
