Review: I live at Stationside Village I am preparing to move I have lived here for the past three years soon after I moved in the problems begain I found drug parafenilia on my patio than not long after the cigerettes butts thrown down on my patio so I complained to the managers not long after I complained thats when the harrasment begain mind you the people I complained about live over my head no brainer it was so very easy for them to make my stay here miserable and they did. It began with hard walking to them spying on me following me and monitoring my commings and goings after a while my car was vandilized I complained to management and they did nothing about it this went on for 3years.Desired Settlement: Im not sure what are my options? I would like the people to be prosicuted by the law. I would like this to be documented with police so it would be hard for them to do this to someone else.Or Legacy Propities to be liable.

We are in receipt of case # [redacted] and offer a response to the allegations as noted below. Ms. [redacted] has lodged complaints which are either unfounded, unable to be verified, or are of a civil/police matter. ( such as identity theft, surveillance of her premises ) We have been documenting all allegations submitted by Ms. [redacted], and listed below is a brief response to the allegations. 1) June 5, 2012. Ms. [redacted] reported discovering marijuana on her porch. Office staff made phone calls to units above and the residents above denied engaging in such activity. 2) April 21, 2014. Ms. [redacted] reported cigarette butts on her porch. Office staff inspected porch and took photos. One cigarette butt was discovered, and upon placing phone calls, the residents residing in the units above denied engaging in such activity. 3) October 13, 2013 through May 28, 2014. Ms. [redacted] submitted a variety of verbal complaints concerning the residents directly above in # [redacted]. Among these were a) excessive noise from unit above b) the residents in unit above using her address to receive mail and commit mail fraud, c) the residents in unit above stealing her mail to commit identity theft, d) the residents in unit above staring through her windows and spying on her and e) the residents in unit above listening through the floor to determine her activities. In each of these verbal complaints, our staff investigated the complaint to the best of our ability and discovered no evidence to support the allegation. Concerning complaint A) Excessive Noise - Ms. [redacted] was informed of the steps required and she refused to take the recommended course of action. The steps suggested to Ms. [redacted] would be to contact the office if excessive noise was experienced during business hours so that a staff member could visit her unit to verify the level of noise. If the excessive noise occurred after business hours, Ms. [redacted] was encouraged to contact the police department to verify the levels of noise. Ms. [redacted] never reported excessive noise during business hours, and to our knowledge she only contacted the police on one occasion, and no excessive noise was detected, reported or verified. 4) Ms. [redacted] never reported any vandalism to her vehicle. During a conversation with Ms. [redacted] on November 18, 2014, I had inquired why she had not reported the alleged vandalism, and she stated that " we would not do anything about it ", so she decided not to report it. We hope that the action of our staff and the responses detailed above shall be documented as we dispute the allegations as being unsubstantiated. If someone from your staff could please acknowledge receipt of this response, it would me very much appreciated. Thank you in advance for investigating and providing a prompt resolution to this matter.

Review: I currently live in Apartment 1201, and from Saturday January 9th, evening around 10pm, until at least 6pm on Wednesday January 13th we were without heat in our unit. We were given multiple excuses as to why it had not been fixed yet. We were provided with 3 space heaters, 2 of which were utilized, and did not heat up our unit, whatsoever, and constantly made our power go out. We have a 2 year old who has had multiple trips to the emergency room due to the cold weather, and on the coldest days of the year, and snow still falling I find it extremely unacceptable to allow someone who is paying rent at your facility to sit back and "deal with it". Yes, the furnace was replaced, but after living in these harsh conditions, for 4 days, and concerned about our daughter's health we are very disappointed with the customer service and support we were given. On Wednesday, January 13th, we were called and told that the HVAC specialist would be out to replace our furnace/unit at 1pm and the process would take anywhere from 3-4 hours. Yesterday we arrived at our apartment at 430pm, to find an empty apartment, dirt and snow and shoe marks everywhere, as well as the dirty, old, furnace on our area rug in our living room. Due to the maintenance-person still "working" on replacing our unit we were then forced out of our apartment with our young child, in 10° weather, with nowhere to go. We then arrived back to our apartment around 7pm, due to the fact that we still have to work 10 hour shifts, amongst the chaos that is going on at our apartment. When we arrived there was dirt, shoe marks, water spots, snow, wall chunks, screws, metal parts we could not identify, and garbage spread throughout our whole apartment. We find it completely unacceptable to leave someone's house in the condition the maintenance person had left our home. Not only could we have been seriously injured stepping on screws and nails and metal pieces, but our 2 year old who is very curious could have also been severely injured.Desired Settlement: Desired resolution would be compensation by deducting the 4 days we were without heat in our unit, as well as the whole apartment thoroughly cleaned as well as our energy bill being taken care of. We fully expect the unit to be up to the living conditions in which we had it before the repair began.

I am responding to the email correspondence received 1/19/2016 regarding the concerns raised by Ms. [redacted]. Upon our investigation it has been determined that our maintenance department completed the needed repairs and contacted service in a timely fashion. We take these concerns seriously and apologize for the delay Ms. [redacted] feels she and her family had experienced. The management and corporate office have spoken to Ms. [redacted] and her husband Mr. [redacted] several times to keep them updated on the timing of their furnace replacement. On January 13, 2016 a new furnace/air conditioner was installed. · On Saturday January 9th at 7:33pm Mr. [redacted] called in to our on call line. He reported a gas/fuel smell in the apartment. When Timber Ridge Staff arrived at the apartment there was no smell and the heat was running fine, and there was no complaint of no heat.· On Sunday January 10th at 11:57am Mr. [redacted] called the on call line a second time to report no heat in the apartment. Staff checked the furnace and found he was not able to fix the problem and the furnace needed to be replaced. Staff gave Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] space heaters and told them management would contact them with a delivery and install date of a new furnace. · Monday January 11th a replacement furnace was ordered and the installing contractor was put on notice to install when the unit was delivered. Mr. [redacted] and the manager spoke on the phone. He was told the furnace was ordered and would be installed as soon as possible.· LateTuesdayafternoon January 12th the furnace was delivered to Timber Ridge. The install contractor scheduled the install for the afternoon of January 13th. Because of the severe weather, there was a delay in his travel time. He did not start the install until2:30pmand completed it by5:45pm. The contractor picked up the best he could before leaving. · Thursdaymorning Timber Ridge staff vacuumed and finished the cleanup of the apartment when Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] were at work. Later that morning the carpet was professionally cleaned due to the snow that was brought in during the install. This was agreed to by the manager and Mr. [redacted] the afternoon of the install. The Timber Ridge team sets high standards for customer service as noted by many residents who have chosen Timber Ridge as their home.We feel that we have handled the situation as best as we could considering the initial calls came in on a weekend and then the install occurred during a documented snow storm.Timber Ridge again apologizes to Ms. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] for any inconvenience and frustration they may have experienced. If you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to contact me via email or call ###-###-####.Sincerely,
