I called legacy plumbing when my sink keeped clogging up and when I ran the garbage disposal the p trap keeped coming off and flooding the cabinet under the sink.Leon came out and inspected the sink and told me that the p trap under the sink was installed wrong and it wasn't the right one for my sink.Leon then unclogged my sink and fixed the p trap..legacy plumbing was very reasonable and very professional

Miss [redacted] was trying to text me from the number out of the Yellow Pages so n=ow she's got my direct number and we put a larger screen thermostat on for Her, we also sent a quality assurance technician out to insure everything checked out good

I called Legacy Plumbing to fix a clogged drain and a toiletHe showed up in a timely manner, gave me several options, performed his work well at an affordable priceVery satisfied with the services and I would recommend them to everyone

Leon was the man I spoke with over the phoneHe was helpful and understanding He asked several questions to gain some accurate understanding of the problem I was having with my sink and garbage disposal I was worried that because I was not home at the time that I would not be able to get the problem fixed right away but he worked with me and stated that he could be over right after his most immediate appointment He made it over to the house quickly and fixed the problem right away Thanks to Leon the sink now drains properly and the garbage disposal works great I highly recommend Legacy per my experience today with Leon Another point worth noting is that I have had other plumbers come to the house before and they seemed to sell other work in a way that struck me as untrustworthy Leon was very upfront about his work and made statements about other possible work needed within the house, but he did it in a way that seemed very real with no hidden agenda other than to see it fixed whether he did the work or not

Everyone involved in the organization is Top Notch! I stepped in a puddle nights ago The next morning I called different organizations for a recommendation of a plumber located in my area I left messages with a handful of recommendations and awaited a return response The next day without hearing from anyone....I contacted LEGACY PLUMBING-HEATING-AIR via the internet Yellow pages Much to my delighted surprise, I got an actual person! They assessed the damage and had a plan of action by the end of the business day Highly recommend!

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below RESPONSE TO MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS The issue of the complaint has been resolved, however I am responding to the message from the business A furnace was installed on 1-14- It was agreed to install the thermostat at a later time, as it was after 7:p.mwhen the furnace installation was completed and the techs left Three different appointments were scheduled with the tech to install a new thermostat, and he was a No Show each time, nor did he make a courtesy call to me with an explanation Yes, I did send text messages, which I was later informed he did not receive because I used the Yellow Page phone number This does not excuse the no shows, since I made contact with him by phone to address my concerns and reschedule appointments On 2-5-16, the tech showed up an hour and minutes late, to install a new thermostat This thermostat was not functioning correctly On 2-12-16, another tech was scheduled to replace the thermostat installed 2-5-In addition, an owner's manual, registration and warranty information had to be sent to me via FED EX, as this was not provided to me at the time of the furnace installation As a result from my experience, I found the customer service unsatisfactory and left me with no other choice but to file a complaint

I woke up Saturday morning to find my bathtub and sinks where not drainingSince I am a renter I usually call my landlord, however I already knew that there plumber didn't work weekendsInstead of waiting till Monday I went in search of a plumber via web searchI found that Legacy plumbing was a hours company, relived and a little apprehensive I called the # I was greeted by a warm friendly voice on the other end of the lineI expressed my frustration to this gentlemanOnce I was done speaking he told me that he could have someone out within the hourAbout a half hour later a gentleman showed up he was very professional and polite, he fixed my bathtub and sinks in a very timely mannerWhen he was done he asked me if he could assist me with anything elseI was very happy with the cost of this visit and would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber

I only take the time to write review when someone really impresses me Legacy has been my everything contractor for about years now From our first meeting of an emergency water leak, to the install of a new tankless water heater, to maintenance and repair of plumbing and AC throughout the house, Leon and the rest of the crew at Legacy have been honest, thoughtful, money saving, forward thinking, friendly and trustworthy I think the sign of a good contractor is that your world is better for what they have done for you I highly recommend this company They do so much it makes life easy

As emailed to *** *** yesterday, attached is our response to the letter dated 2/22/All requested items including Invoices, Manuals and Warranties have been emailed to Ms*** as of yesterday, 3/The remaining items per the attached letter, item 2d will be returned to Ms*** today and item will also be addressed today as it requires analysis with the tenants being presentThank you,

We are selling our house this month, and after being inspected were told that the tankless heater was installed incorrectly, due to him piecing together three separate flexible has lines to create one line under the house, and left it lying in the dirt instead of strapping it to the house.
I contacted Leon about servicing our tankless heater, and replacing the hose with one continuous line, as well as strapping it to the house per code. He serviced the water heater and strapped the line but did NOT replace it, so the line was still not to code.
The inspector came back out to review the work and discovered the gas line was still pieced together and needed to be replaced.
I called Leon, texted him, called his office, emailed him and still to date have had no response. My general contractor tried contacting him as well.
Very poor craftsmanship, and professionalism.

Leon was the man I spoke with over the phone. He was helpful and understanding. He asked several questions to gain some accurate understanding of the problem I was having with my sink and garbage disposal. He made it over to the house quickly and fixed the problem right away. Thanks to Leon the sink now drains properly and the garbage disposal works great. I highly recommend Legacy per my experience today with Leon.
