I was advised to go here after my accident by my insurance companyMy car was damaged in the front and rear bumper plus some under the hood damage in the front.It was taken to them on 2/17/2018.There was a day time estimate for my car to be fully readyI waited the days and called them to see was my car readyThey told me "we had to order some more parts for your car Itll be 5-more days"No communication with me until I called themI call again in days they then informed me that There was more damage than originally estimatedThey then got with my insurance company and said it would another 4-days.Again not informing me until I askedWhen I finally did get my car back it was March I had a check engine light on.I informed them of the light and that it wasn't on when my car was dropped offThey said they would get with my insurance company but when I called them they would say they hadn't heard back from my insurer yetI called once a week for weeks same answerI called my insurer they informed me that they hadn't been contacted by Freeman Enterprises since they submitted the information for more parts on March 6thMy insurance company allowed me to take my car to another shop where they found that a part from my original bumper was not transferred over to my new bumperthe wires were cut and left dangling in the front bumperAlong with that a front panel piece was missingwith more wires and harnesses cut away from my carI brought the car from the dealer with miles on itAll maintenance was done by the Chevy dealer until they worked on my vehicleThey were very negligent and uninformative
