Beware!!!!... Crooked!... My experience was HORRIBLE. The sales Rep ( I know) approve me and showed me the vehicle he got my approve for, but when I went to pick up the car I notice it looked different. It was a little bigger so I asked him where's my car and he responded outside already for you to go. He then tells me that my paperwork is getting ready to sign, so when it's time to sign I notice that the paper work says 2016 with 23 miles, ok so now I leave and I'm driving on the Hwy and the car starts pulling to the right first red flag, then I noticed the mileage on the car said over 2300 miles, so now I'm upset and I realize this is not the vehicle I test drove. I went to their website and sure thing the car I was driving said 2016 with 23 miles, so now I'm furious because it's after hours. I called the sales rep and told him this is not the one I test drove and this vehicle has over 2300 miles but the paperwork said 23 miles and this car needs an alignment. His response was oh just drive it and bring it back on Saturday morning. I didn't feel right with his response so I went back the next day and asked to see my paperwork again and it CLEARLY said 23 miles ( WOW!!!) I explain to the Finance person that thses documents were falsified and this is not the vehicle I was originally approved for, he then said this was the only one I could because the 2015 was a little more which was a Hatchback ( I found that hard to believe) so I told him I don't want this vehicle because I felt I was hustle so he got me out of my contract due to FALSIFYING documents, so LADIES please be careful if you come here to purchase a vehicle

Paint on my vehicle has small rust spots known in the industry as "Rail Dust" and they are causing stains on the paint.I've brought to the attention of my local dealer 3/11/2014 where I purchased the car from that it has rust spots all over the paint. These spots are embedded into the clear coat of the car and cannot be rubbed off. Response from the service manager [redacted] was to contact Hyundai regarding the issue since he was not aware of any problems like this. I reached out to Hyundai 3/11/2014 on their customer service line and they advised me they would have to reach out to the dealership to determine what their findings were. After a couple of days 3/13/2014 I received a call from Hyundai stating that there was no MFG defect in materials or workmanship observed by the service manager and that it would not be covered under their warranty. Their claim is that it's from environmental fallout. It's a know fact that this condition is commonly found on vehicles transported by rail to their destinations and the metal wheels on the train when rolled along the metal track shed small particles of hot metal dust know as "rail dust" which can fuse to a vehicles painted surface. I asked Hyundai who I need to speak with regarding a claim and they did not know. I'm now at a loss trying to receive any type of help for a vehicle purchased from them with damage to the paint that was caused before I took possession. This 2013 Hyundai Veloster was purchased in October of 2013 and is white in color. Desired SettlementI would like to have the vehicle cleaned of these spots and the paint treated to ensure that no further damage will occur.Business Response as of 03/25/2014 Mrs.[redacted]'s veloster was brought to the dealership and cleaned of all issues she had with the car. she has informed us that she is satisfied. we apologize for the condition of her vehicle and hope to retain her as a customer. Ran my credit with out my permission.I was already approved with my bank to get car but they instead I use there bank to get me better interest rate. I agreed to let them use there bank if they only would run my credit once.I even signed a paper saying I would agree to this only if they run my credit once. They told me they would run my credit and send the report to there banks. A couple of week after we bought car I check my credit report. They had run it 6 times dropping my credit report 40 points. I did not give them permission to do this. Me and my wife both called them. We both got the same answer. this was there response "un well there noting we can do about it". They lied to us and I feel they rob me. I have work hard on my credit and they drop my score by 40 points. It not easy to get that back. Desired SettlementTo send something into the credit bureau saying they did not have my permission to run my credit and to reverse the points lost. Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] general manaContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]the customer came to us saying they were approved at their bank at a particular interest rate. we let them know that we have sources that offer better rates. The customer responded by saying that the last time they bought a car the dealership sent them to like 12 banks and wanted us to assure them that we would not do the same. we told the customer that we typically do not send customers to a ton of banks that we would pull the credit and know which ones stand the best chance at beating their rate. we pulled their credit once and my sales manager sent them to 3 banks that would give them a better rate. none of the banks would approve the loan because it was sent in with the lower credit score applicant first and the higher score applicant second. I called the bank and asked for them to flip the buyers so we could get the rate we needed and the banks informed me it would have to be resubmitted to do that. we got it approved at a better rate like we promised and saved the customer money. the customer then called about a month later upset that his score had dropped and wanted to know why we pulled his credit 6 times. I informed him that we did not pull it but once and that the banks would have to pull it again to process the loan. I asked him where did he get his credit score information from because there are several different versions of [redacted] and he may be pulling the wrong one. he did not know. he then told me we were crooks and liars and hung up on me. I tried calling him back to try to resolve the issue but he never would answer or return my calls. I have contacted our credit pulling company to try to remove inquiries off his credit but in order for me to do so he would have to come to the store and sign a form saying his credit was pulled in error provided by our credit pulling company. I'll be glad to help him with this.
