Good afternoon, The homeowners property is located in a municipality that requires attending a meeting that is held monthly for explanation on proposed construction or changes to homes and businesses. Scot and myself attended the meeting on Monday July 17, 2017. The permit was
finally issued through the City of Saint Charles on 9/30/17. Typically permits are issued within 2-weeks we had no control on what the municipality requires for the area they live in so to be clear the permit process was something completely out of our control. We provided documentation to the municipality on 6/21/and the permit was issued on 9/30/17. We have been working on their home and have communicated with the clients by email and through phone calls at our office. Scot met with the customers on December 12, and has full intentions of correcting the issues with gaining access into their garage. He is working at their home today. Unfortunately the weather plays a factor in pouring concrete as the temperatures will need to be at degrees or above. We apologize this has taken longer than we expected but we are doing the best we can to make it right for the customer. I disagree at the comment Scot is a scam artist and a fraud but everyone has their own opinion Tell us why here
