I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
As I stated before, I do not wish to exchanges or in store credit. My husband is 5" lbs. I am 8" lbs. The sizes of the jackets were no were close to fitting. The quality of the leather is very poorThey should not have taken my money without measurements. I did not know they were made from scratch. Very cheap looking. Also, what they say on their website is not true. Says to days shipping after order and when returning items they will contact you immediately to discuss actions to be taken. They have had the jackets over a week now. They never answer the phone number listed on the site nor do they reply to voice mails or emails. I want my money back. The credit card used to purchase these jackets has been canceled I expect a check in the mail today

Two leather jackets were ordered by the buyer and both were delivered. We fully accept the fact that we were delayed in delivery but that is something that happens when all jackets are made from scratch. 
 
The buyer returned the items and we have a process of...

investigating the return. The buyer complained about the sizing and we need to confirm that the sizing is in fact different from the purchased sizes and once the investigation is complete and we find that the buyer is correct, we'll refund the amount including shipping. 
 
If we find that the sizing was correct, we'll either send the jackets back to the buyer or offer her replacements with correct sizing.
 
This will take 3-4 days from now.

Leatherhere has not responded to us or the credit card company, CapitalOne.  CapitalOne has refunded the money to us.

I would like to know when the jacket will be shipped with the alterations I requested. If it is going to take more than 14 days I would like a refund. Thank you

Review: I ordered a jacket from leatherHere which was too small. I want to excahange it for a bigger size but there was no paperwork or order form in the box with the jacket. I have sent 3 emails and gotten no response, and called twice with no response. I got on a live chat with a guy who said he would take care of the problem but I have heard nothing from the company. Customer service is non existent. If I can't get another jacket then I want a refund.Desired Settlement: Ideally I want to talk personally with someone from the company and I want another jacket sent to me, a medium instead of a small. If they cannot do that then I want a full refund.

Review: I have purchased a leather jacket from LeatherHERE.com on 2/27/2015.

After receiving the jacket I have decided to return it for full refund in accordance with LeatherHERE's policies and return instructions. According to USPS tracking system the package was delivered to them on 4/9/2015. Since then I did not here from them though I have sent them two e-mails with reminders to issue refund. Apparently they ignore them.

I have noticed that this business have 9 complaints via local Revdex.com for a little more than a year of their existence. In my opinion, it is a very high number for such a small business. I regret I did not check their Revdex.com profile before making the purchase.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $236.55 and apologies

Review: I ordered a jacket for my wife that didn't fit so I returned it to their required address. I have not received any information to show they acknowledged receiving the return and the credit that would be assigned to my account. At first I was going to reselect to another piece but because I believe this company to be so unethical ,I just want my money back. I have been waiting more than 1 month since they received my jacket and still there is no response from them.Desired Settlement: I would like a credit for the product that I purchased back onto my credit card used for the purchase.

Review: I ordered a jacket that was too small for my husband. I returned the jacket to the address provided in Irvine, CA at my expense. My account states that the jacket was received and I have a postal invoice showing a tracking #. The jacket was delivered on December 19, 2014 , 12:59 pm.

Review: Ordered a jacket on 7/13/15. Its been over a month and I called and emailed the company numerous times. Didn't get a call back or even a email. I don't know the status on my jacket and believe I have been ripped off. I don't care about the jacket anymore because of what kind of business this is. No tracking number and no jacket. Review: On March 20th 2015 I decided to order a leather jacket for my birthday.I purchased this jacket for $279.00, from a California outfit called Leatherhere. What a huge mistake this was as I reside on Long Island in New York. My jacket arrived several days later.The size I ordered was too big and the leather was thin and cheap looking. On April 28th I sent it back to them, they received it on May 5th at 11:19 AM. Today is July 8th 2015. I have tried unsuccessfully calling and constantly e-mailing these SLACK-JAWED MUTANTS to many times to remember. Finally about amonth ago I got an e-mail stating that my request for my 279.00 back was under consideration. There`s nothing to consider, it`s my money and I want it back. I also came across another person on leatherhere`s Face Book account who has the same problem, except this guys been looking for a refund since April of 2014. These Clowns also have many complaints against them with the B.B.B. So be warned if You are looking for a leather jacket, go to your local coat store so you can see what your getting and see if the texture is what you want. If you do business with leatherhere you might just as well run into a brick wall face first at full speed. [redacted] L.I. Review: After making an online purchase at leatherhere.com, we were unable to contact the company for more than 10 days. We were trying to get a status using Phone, email, and even Facebook. No response until we disputed the charge on Credit Card. Then, finally, we got an email saying the item would go out later in the week. As this was a Holiday gift, we were very annoyed on the lack of a response.Desired Settlement: I believe Capital One (it was my wife [redacted], who made the purchase ) is going to refund it, as they were also unable to contact the company. However, I want to make sure we get the credit. I advised Leatherhere.com that we are cancelling the order.

Review: This company is fraud! I ordered a jacket it took forever to get it, and when I did, it was too small and very cheap looking... Did not look nothing like picture on their site. I returned the jacket literally the next day and printed out the return instructions that state I would be refunded.....Once I knew they received the jacket I emailed the company about refund, it took a week to heart back so I contacted AMEX to dispute the charge. A I received a email from [redacted] the so called other consumers complaint, and I am glad that they are speaking up as well... Folks work to hard to just have a fraudulent company take their money. I also have all of my documents as well, owner of company stating I would be refunded.. well still have not received anything. They have the jacket back, and I want my money back. No credit, just my money. I have spoke to a family attorney that has advised for me to contact small claims court.. Which I plan on doing. No way they are keeping my $209.00 for a fake leather jacket I returned and they accepted back... I see there are other complaints on Revdex.com. GOOD!!! Folks need to be informed to stay away from this company. I will continue letting AMEX handle I am also consulting with the small claims court. All I want is my $209.00 back on my AMEX card ASAP!Desired Settlement: My full refund sent to my AMEX card

Review: November 12, 2014, I received an online order from leatherHere.com for an Oram Leather Jacket (Order #[redacted]). The order arrived after a month of my requesting a tracking number or information about estimated delivery. I was never informed the jacket was coming directly from Pakistan, let alone its whereabouts during shipment. On day of receipt of item, November 12, 2014, I requested a return label because the jacket was too small and too light weight for my purposes. After more than two dozen requests for a return label over nearly three months, I have yet to get a response specifically addressing my request for a return label nor my request for a full refund.Desired Settlement: A prompt reply from leatherHere.com allowing me to return the jacket (I've had it boxed and ready to return for nearly three months) and initiating a credit on the credit card used for said purchase. Given the circumstances of leatherHere.com's total unresponsive action, they should also cover payment of return shipping of said item.

Review: On May 27th, 2015 I ordered a 189 dollar jacket from LeatherHERE. I have since emailed, called, and issued support tickets almost weekly, and heard nothing from the company. I have not received a jacket or any confirmation that they are even going to send it.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund for my purchase. The company has completely ignored me, and I do not want them to profit from my business.

Review: I ordered a leather jacket for $189 from LeatherHere in April and when I received it in May it was not the size I ordered. I sent a return request as instructed on their website, which was authorized, and mailed the jacket back at my expense. Originally on my return request I asked for it to be fixed, but since I did not hear back I have sent messages telling them I need a refund, as I do not trust any company that will not contact me and I do not want to pay more return shipping if the jacket was made incorrectly again. They received the returned jacket on May 8th and since then I have sent many messages to them through their website (and Bill's email, which was used during the ordering process) and called their company directly to find out what is happening with my refund. It is now June 10th and no one has made any attempts to contact me, despite their website's claim that "All emails will be responded to within 24-48 hours", and my money has not been returned to me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $189.

Review: My complaint involves many things with this so called company. I ordered 2 leather jackets on line around September 11, 2014. Per add you get your coats in 7 to 8 business days. After day 10 I tried calling the business to which no one answers the phone. So I emailed. No response until I threatened to go to you the Revdex.com and the media. So, then I get a call and they said I would get it the order the following week and which I didn't. Then I emailed them again. A [redacted], his email address is, [redacted] He said he was going to send me a free jacket for all my troubles along with my order and that it would be shipped the following week. Well I got the shipment a month later, no free jacket was ever shipped. I paid $188.00 for my coat and $249.00 for my husbands coat. When I finally got them they were way to small and the leather material was so cheap there was a rip in one of them. Very light material and not what was advertised. So I get on line and do a return shipment request. They do not offer money back, only instore credit or exchange. I wrote back not wanting this, wanting money back. I shipped the coats back witch coast an additional $26.20. Per there add they will contact you the day they receive the product to find out what I want to do. They have received the product Thursday 10/23/2014 at 11:00a.m. .. I have not received a call. I emailed [redacted], and stated I want money plus shipping reimbursed by the end of the day or I was going to contact the Revdex.com. As of today's date, I have not heard any reply. I have kept all the emails and proof of delivery UPS tracking that I paid to return.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back in full along with shipping. I do not want to deal with this so called business any longer.
