Learning Advantage is a private school that specializes in...

the education of Preschool and Kindergarten children ages 18 months to 6 years old. The school also provides support so that children diagnosed with special needs can learn alongside their typical peers. While specializing in young children, we recognize that they will have toileting accidents. It is the policy of the school that parents are to provide a full change of clothes in their child's clothes bin and that students are to be changed into clean dry clothes, even if clothes are not available or provided by the parents. “
Our number one priority at Learning Advantage is the safety and well being of the students. In this particular incident, the child was extremely upset that he had a toileting accident at school and our main concern was getting him into clean clothes and settled in time for his nap.
Mr. [redacted]'s son had an accident before nap time and was changed into our clean clothes, because his own could not be located at the time of the accident. The child went down for a nap for two hours without socks and upon waking ate snack and played on the carpet in the classroom until his father picked him up about an hour later. At no time did his child seem uncomfortable without socks, because it was September.
Mr. [redacted] was advised of the accident when he came to pick up his child. As it was explained to Mr. [redacted] in three prior conversations, the teachers followed protocol in all of the toileting accidents that happened on the first day of school, including the accident that occurred with his child. Mr. [redacted] responded by yelling and cursing, which did not allow for the Director to adequately talk with him and resolve the situation. Because The Director and the children were frightened by Mr. [redacted]'s behavior, he was asked several times to leave the classroom.
During this confrontation, the Director's main concern was protecting the children, who were scared. We understand that Mr. [redacted] was upset by this incident; however, with it being the first day of school, it sometimes takes time to get to know each family and how they want toileting accidents handled.
We were very surprised and upset that Mr. [redacted] handled himself in this regard. lf he had approached the situation differently, we feel this matter could have been agreeably resolved, and his son could still be in attendance at Learning Advantage. Due to the fact that he jeopardized the safety of the students and staff at Learning Advantage. Mr. [redacted] was asked to leave and was refunded his tuition and his supplies. However, the non-refundable enrollment fee was not returned as stated in all pre-enrollment paperwork.

These didn't return my sons school supplies, which came up to about $40.I just didn't wanna argue with this wicked women.I gave her $394,+$90 security deposit on a Saturday. There was no school on Monday (Labor Day). The incident happened on Tuesday. This miser kept my security deposit. You darn petty! However, I was reimbursed my $394 dollars. I want my security deposit. My son was not in the school for a week or two,but one day.I want my $40 for his school supplies. They have a list of requirements for supplies. She only returned 2 plastic tubs with no supplies. They are so petty, they keep the school supplies. This is not resolved in my opinion.
