Hello,We did go to contract with [redacted] , actually we are not sure who the contract is with.  The house is a...

cape cod house and [redacted] , was outisde as we measured the house, 2 runs of gutters.  We gave them a price and waited to see if they would go with is after getting other estimates.  They contacted us stating we were the most professional BUT needed us to drop the price hundreds of dollars, to match other prices, which we STUPIDLYwe did.  [redacted] or whome ever lives at the house,  Knowingly new there was an issue with the screen door, as I was never told there was, never entered the front door to see there was an issue and showed the homeowners our system outside, in the driveway.  FOR THE RECORD and job that should have taken 3-4 hours in complete installation turned into a complete nightmare.  Not only were we on site all day, but we also explained and installed a maintenance free gutter system, in the front , that would allow their old door to work, as well as have the gutters maintenance free as promised.  The factual ting is, we installed a system on their neighbors house, and 10 other jobs with in a 5 mile radius.  We expressed to [redacted] , or whom ever sent us emails, that EXISTING CONDITIONS ON  A HOUSE, are not our responsibility, but the responsibility of the Home owner to bring to our attention, maybe that is why they never let us enter the front door, and met us out side, a pre-determined game plan , possibly ?? who knows... At the conclusion of the job we explained all the options and the details that we did.  At that point we expressed or thought all was ok.  [redacted]  or someone called my mobile phone , yelling and screaming at me, that I was unprofessional,  I told [redacted]  or whom ever it was, that we did a GREAT job, we installed maintenance free system, and the issue was not ours, but an existing condition that there screen door did NOT allow a large gutter to work.   I asked why this was not mentioned, in the beginning, and I was told that I should have KNOWN that they had a faulty door ?  I asked how would I know , am I the one that enters their house ? am I the one that lives there ?  Am I the one that KNEW their door hit the bottom of the gutter ?? SIMPLY NO, I did not.  IN being in business over 20 years, I knew the game that was being played.  I them offered a courtesy discount of $150, and asked to get paid.  [redacted]  or whom eve it was on the phone said, MY lady is handling the payment and we will let you know.  I have an email trace of all conversations for the record.  [redacted]  or whom ever it was , decided upon themselves to stop communication with me and simply send in a check for a balance that WAS NOT AGREED upon and $300 less, then the agreed , signed contract.  We gave them a leaffree system, we installed all day on their house , (loosing money for a one day install)  I have to stand up for my workers and my business, to solve this problem I will accept $150, as a final payment and close out this case, as the balance is still $300, plus interest.  The fact that the client took it upon themselves to Chop us down with price, to know that their Screen doors rubbed and hit the older gutters, and then took it upon them selves to send in a payment $300 less, is just nothing more then terrible, especially when they we offered, over email, another discount.  [redacted] , or whom ever it was , took it upon themselves to hold up $300 because they wanted to get a new storm door out of the deal, and to me, that is terrible.  Leaffree DID NOT walk away from the job, we got extra and more material to remedy the situation, we worked on the site for 8 hours, we explained what we did and why, we expressed that this was nothing we did on purpose, BUT simply 2 faulty doors that were on the house, we Discounted our original price, we ran out extra leader pipes, we got yelled at over the phone and insulted, and then we got SHORT changed $300, because that is what THEY wanted to do.  If we do not get some type of additional settlement, then out of principal alone, we will have to Sue, and put a mechanics lien on the property, as we have gone above and beyond on this.  The complaint with the Revdex.com is nothing more then further insult to injury , as for reasons mentioned above, this is nothing more then a client wanting things for free.. and them deciding what they want to pay, not what the contract and work that was done.

I reviewed the response from the business owner and we came to an agreement. Before finalizing the agreement I request a revised invoice from them and also a copy of my warranty. It's almost 30 days and I have yet receive my request.

Review: on 3/20/14 Leaffree contracted to replace my roof for with all new gutters for $9488.00.When the job was in progress he said the job will cost $11988.00.GE Capital paid the bill, because he told me that he put out for all the material and labor,so I went along with it.He bib not complete the job.he did not replace the gutter on the a section in the back of the house, then the the roof began lea[redacted] last winter.I called the company on 2/17,2/23 and 2/25/15 and bib not get an answer.I sent the Company emails on 2/23,2/24,2/25,2/26 and 3/4/15.I have the emails saved with the responses.someone came and looked at the roof about a month ago.I called again on 4/6/15 and got no response.Desired Settlement: Complete the job and compensate for water damage

Response:

Hello. I am not understanding the complaint or the issue in this particular case. Mr [redacted] signed a contract with us, and we completed the work. All was done, and we have had no issues since completion. This past winter, we experienced extremely cold temperatures and freezing below zero actual temperatures. Mr. [redacted] called in after the winter and said he had a leak / drip in his rear sun room. For the record , we completed a very large roof (main roof) and all new gutters. It was brought to Mr. Kings attention that the gutter we would not be replacing was the rear metal gutter that was a BUILT in gutter for his sunroom area. He expressed that this gutter he would like changed, I expressed to him it cannot be done with our system, at the time because it was a BUILT IN once piece metal gutter that is part of the screened in porch. We went out after Mr. [redacted] complained about an ice damn in this exact area. We expressed to him that a roof and gutter are made t flow water, not hold ice damns or excessive snow. We further explained that the gutter and area he had an issue with was the exact gutter we did not change. We expressed to him that this gutter, we did not touch or replace, is located at the rear of the property, gets no sun light and also is an open gutter that is clogged. We also expressed that someone has to remove the snow and the ice from this area in the winter, and if that is not done there will be a lot of ice damns. Mr [redacted] expressed he had no other leaks and he was happy with our work. Mr [redacted] expressed what could be done, Mr, ling was then quoted with an extensive additional work order, that would us requiring to change the built in gutter, add a fascia board, new leaders, re-direct the water and then install a new larger gutter. We have not heard back from MR [redacted] on this issue. We also informed him what an ice damn is and what causing an ice damn. We completed all the work we promised, but we cannot do additional work for free, as the BUILT In metal gutter was not to be changed by the original contract. We would like to help out Mr. King, and he can contact us again, but any additional work outside of the scope form the original contract, is a new work order,Mr [redacted] has an email from us, has a new quote, met with our forman Rafeal and also Spoke to Noel regarding the built in sun screen gutter,THis wa the link for ice damn and what causing them, mr [redacted] was sent this. with this link[redacted]and these thoughts, How to Help Prevent an Ice Dam from Forming:Remove snow from your roof after every storm. To begin with, use a roof rake to clear snow from the edge of your roof upwards of three to four feet immediately after each storm. In addition to helping prevent an ice dam from forming, this will lessen the stress on your home’s roof. The amount of snow and ice your roof can support will depend on a number of factors, including the roof type and the age and condition of the structure. But a good rule to keep in mind is if more than a foot of heavy, wet snow and ice has accumulated on your roof, you should have it removed.Clear downspouts. An easy way to help snow and ice drain off your roof is to make sure the area around your downspouts is clear. This can help prevent standing water from collecting near the gutter downspout. How Do You Know if You Have an Ice Dam?Look carefully at the icicles around the exterior of your house. If they are confined to the gutters and there is no water trapped behind them, then an ice dam has likely not formed. Nonetheless, icicles can pose a danger to people when they fall off, so try to safely knock them down while standing on the ground, ma[redacted] sure not to stand directly beneath them. If you cannot safely reach them from the ground, consider hiring a contractor to help.Check for water stains or moisture in the attic or around the tops of exterior walls on the top floor of your house. Stains and moisture may indicate that an ice dam has formed and water has penetrated the roof membrane. How to Remove an Ice Dam:Melt the ice dam. Fill a nylon stoc[redacted] with calcium chloride ice melt, and place it vertically across the ice dam so that it melts a channel through the dam. If you try this, make sure you can safely position the ice melt on your roof, and make sure to use calcium chloride, not rock salt. Rock salt will damage your roof. Also, be aware that shrubbery and plants near the gutters or downspouts may be damaged.Get professional help. If you cannot safely reach the roof, avoid using a ladder in snowy and icy conditions. Consider hiring a contractor to remove the ice dam.Long-term Tips for Preventing Ice Dams:Insulate your attic. Make sure your attic is well insulated to help prevent the melting-and-freezing cycle that causes ice dams to form. Check and seal places where warm air could leak from your house to the attic, including vent pipes, exhaust fans, chimneys, attic hatches and light fixtures.Install a water-repellent membrane. When replacing a roof, make sure to install a water repellent membrane underneath the shingles. This acts as an extra barrier that helps prevent water from seeping inside the building.

Review: When Leaf free installed my siding they did not put the proper size of insulation on the house, and they did not install the correct windows. The contract said that the windows would be double pane insulated with low e gas and Thermal insulated but they are the complete opposite. This was done according to a contract with the federal government. They were paid over 20,000 dollars and they scammed and cheated me and the government. I also have a lifetime guarantee on the windows.Desired Settlement: I want these windows and siding replaced immediately with the correct kind listed on the contract.

iWe do a lot of charity work in the area. We work with a lot of government agencies. On a yearly basis we install over 1000 jobs, from roofing, siding gutters and windows.since our inception, we have installed over 25,000 jobs in the area. We have worked with this agency, RCDC, for years, installing over 70 jobs for them and their needy clients. In 2008 RCDC and government agency hired us to do an install for Mr. [redacted]. We did everything we were required to do by the law. We installed all new insulation, all new capping, all new trim , all new windows and all new gutters. The project was inspected by RCDC agency as well as manager and inspectors. The windows were all done by code. Mr [redacted] called 5 years later saying the windows were wrong and that the installation of our products were all wrong. Although we were surprised, we inspected said property , and all was done ok. We expressed to Mr [redacted] that his Home, was built extremely bad, that the framing and structure was in very bad shape. RCDC approved all of our work. and the case was closed. For the record mr. [redacted] received all of these installs for FREE from the RCDC, we have done over 70 jobs for RCDC, which is a charity organization, and other then this issue, we have had 70 + thank you letters and people thanking us for all of the great work we have done. If mr. [redacted] has further questions, he can call American Jewel windows, that is where the windows were ordered from. But we are confident, as was - is RCDC development program, that after all inspections, the install was completed professionally , and per contracts that were signed by RCDC , as well as inspected by RCDC. We have contacted RCDC on this matter as well, (since they hired us) and they have not returned our calls, nor stated any issues. We do consider this case closed

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: :Leaf free Gutters and Home Improvements is the worst home improvement company in the WORLD. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND JACKLEGS! I had a government grant which I qualified, thousands of people in the state received this grant not just me. RCDC was the agency that helped me to file this paperwork for the grant. Leaf free was paid over 22,000 dollars to do this job which consisted of brand new triple pane windows with low argon gas in them, they were not instead #Leaf free gave me single pane windows which are very cheap and wind blows right through them and do not insulate the house good at all. The contract said that the insulation would be 3/4 inch thick it only was 1/4 inch think. The job took several months over the limit of the contract, the workers took frequent breaks after only working for a couple hours per day. They are really UNRELIABLE AND REALLY DECEPTIVE IN THEIR PRACTICES! BAD ATTITUDES, LACK OF COMMUNICATION, UNTRUTHFUL. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Please don't trust them they are not good people or honest. They STOLE MONEY BY NOT GIVING ME THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE LISTED IN THE CONTRACTS. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!NEVER AGAIN! I WILL NEVER GIVE A REFERENCE FOR THIS COMPANY. PLEASE CONTACT ME AT [email protected] I HAVE COLD AIR BLOWING THROUGH MY HOUSE! MY HOUSE LOSES MORE HEAT NOW THEN BEFORE I HAD THIS WORK DONE BY LEAF FREE GUTTERS AND HOME IMPROVEMENT.

Review: I hired Leaf free gutters to replace my old roof in summer 2013. In January 2014 I got water leak inside my home from the roof that they installed. I called several times but no respond for 4 months, In April I was finally able to speak to a secretary. they sent a crew to investigate but could not find anything because it was dry but they ask me why I did not called when I had the leak. So I explain to the man who actually had courage to ask that question that IT took them 4 months to respond. I showed them the damaged ceiling in my kitchen. The investigation crew acknowledge that the damage was cause by the new roof installation. So I asked them about fixing or paying for the ceiling to be fixed. they said I have to call the office and talk to the boss named[redacted]. So I did. the boss told me that I can file a claim with my homeowner insurance which I refuse since it was cause by his installation and it should be cover by his insurance. His last words was that he will looked again on the pictures his crew took and let me know. No response. I am not able to get in touch with him for the last 2 weeks. They did not fix the roof because they can not find the problem. They acknowledge the damages but refuse to fix it or pay for it. Also they never call for final inspection to the town. when I asked the boss he blamed the town , his words "old lady in the town put the wrong address''. very disappointed with this company. I PAID THEM FULL $6700.Desired Settlement: repair the damages in the kitchen, repair the poor installation of the roof or refund in the amount $3000.

Mr. [redacted] hired us to install a roof. Mr. [redacted] was on site from 730 am, to the end of the day, 530 pm when we did the install. We completed the job, we called the town that the roof was done and it was ready to be inspected. We are not responsible for the town and their schedule. Mr. [redacted] never called us after 10 rain storms. If the roof was done wrong the roof would have leaked right away. Furthermore, it was expressed to Mr Cudik, that he called us during the winter season , (which was noted as the worst in 20 years) We are not responsible for ice damage. It was expressed to Mr. [redacted] that the rear of his house gets no sunlight and he had 3 feet of snow on his roof. It was expressed that this snow build up leaked down and inside his old siding, causing water stains and damage (yet to see them in person) It was also expressed to Mr. [redacted] that he can call the building inspector and he can meet the owner and the foreman on site and we can go over the supposed damage, he refused. It was also expressed to us that Mr. [redacted] had one of his friends who is a handy man look at the roof. The handyman told Mr. [redacted] that the roof was done worng, he moved some shingles and "fooled around with the gutters and our install," It was then also expressed to Mr. [redacted] that once some one else, him, or his handy man changed , moved or interrupted our install of materials, that it makes our roof work null and void, because our install has been altered. Finally, We expressed to Mr. [redacted] that we cannot send a crew out in the middle of a snow storm, and ice storm during the winter, for safety concerns. This was clearly relayed to him. Also, relayed to Mr. [redacted] , was that we were never inside the house, we never saw his ceiling before we did the install, this is important because Mr. [redacted] called and hired us to do the roof because his roof was 25 years old, gutters were in very bad shape and he had leaks. We again did not see the inside of the house, so we do not know if these conditions were pre existing. Mr. [redacted] was giving the opportunity to meet with his handyman friend, the town inspector, GAF rep, but all he did was disputer the CC charges 3 x s , again, even though he was ON THE JOB site watching and observing us all day. We concluded to fight this dispute for all of the said reasons, and told Mr. [redacted] once he had someone else alter, change , remove , touch and dismantle our work, we cannot warranty our install, as we are not even sure or know what they did, if they are licensed or if they are even an insured roofing company. We apologize this was an outcome, but there was a better way to the solution then making false claims on websites, reviews and making a complaint with the town, when the mian issue was winter damage of snow and ice , and acts of GOD, which is not our responsibility. This was our initial response, but all we received from [redacted] , was dispute after CC dispute. Please see attached documentwith contract and agreements.Mr. [redacted] signed the contract and did OK the completetransaction of $6640, for roof jobThe claim that we installed adefective product, is completely False and has NO merit. We installed a roof and guttersat Mr. [redacted]’s houseHe contracted us with a depositof $2000 via credit card ending in x4754, he then gave us a second payment forthe roof, and a final payment for the gutters. PLEASE CREDIT BACK MY ACCOUNT,AS THE SIGNED CONTRACT SHOWS PROOF OF PURCHASE AND PROOF OF CHARGE, AS WELL ASPAYMENT ALLOWED BY CLIENT.We installed all products as per contract – He paid forthe work and was very happyWe paid for and called for the permit from the town, showing Mr [redacted] at the time of the work, as well as displaying the permit inhis front window (per NJ law) We called the town at the completion of the work, theywere then supposed to send out a field inspector to view the install .Mr [redacted] called in the late winter February – March2014, saying that he had a leak and the roof was done wrong, per his friend whowent up too the roof(we expressed to him, anyone who interferes with ourwork or install makes our warranty NULL and VOID, but we will come out too lookanyway) We told him we needed warmer weather to go out toinspect the roof, which we did in the first week of April. Mr. [redacted] DEMANDED a Saturday appointment,so we did. We showed MR. [redacted] that the roof was done 100%completely, that there were NO issues that we could see , and that there wasnothing wrong with our workWe pointed out to Mr [redacted] that the roof was doneprofessionallyWe told Mr. [redacted] that although he had a friend getup on the roof and move things around, that means that someone had intereferedwith our installation, and we can warranty any moved shingles that his friend/contractor moved. We pointed out 2 spots WHERE there was loose or crackedSiding, (we DID NOT DO THIS WORK) and that is most likely where the water isgoing in We fixed that area for FREE, and we told Mr [redacted] thatthis additional work is not what we were contracted for. LFGS CONTINUED PAGE 2 Mr [redacted] expressed that the leak started after the 3rdheavy snow of Winter 2014, we expressed to him that the job was installed 11months ago, and that we have had 20-30 rain falls, heavy, and Heavy storms, andclearly the roof did not leak in the past spring, summer fall months. ( nonroof issue)We also expressed to Mr [redacted] that the leak wascaused by The excessive snow build up and Ice build up in the rear of his house, and the therefor this was mother nature causing the leak NOT a Defect in theinstallHe agreed that the leak happened with SNOW and ICE, andcould have dripped in and down his siding, and into his House , NOT the roofWe expressed to Mr [redacted], that we never saw hiskitchen before we started and we are not responsible for snow and ice issues inhis siding, we do not know what his KITCHEN look like before or after our work. I, Noel, spoke to Mr [redacted] two times on the phone, and he said his kitchen was old, but he had a stain on his sheet rock, I toldhim, we did a free Siding repair, Free J channel and that this is not under theroof warranty We never heard back from Mr [redacted], which has beenabout 3 + weeks, and for the record it since has rained 4 times since we havebeen out there to service his SUPPOSED leak, and he has NEVER called to say hestill has a leak or it leaked again. Further proving our point that the excessive snow and Ice , breaking hissiding , caused the leak We offered Mr [redacted] to come up on the roof with us ,as well as call the building inspector in the town, and do the same, as we arevery confident in our roof installation, an again NOT responsible for ICE ANDSNOW LEAKS (never happened)We expressed to Mr [redacted] that we paid for the permit,we called the borough hall to close out the permit, and at that point our workis done, and he paid us upon completion, we DO NOT WORK ON THEIR SCHEDULE)If there was a default or an issue with the install, hewould have had a leak ASAP, not 11 months later, or During a MAJOR SNOW STORMTHAT CRACKED HIS SIDING.Attaches are his 2 final checks , and cc Receipt, andsigned contract,We Expect a Full CREDIT of these monies ASAP, and wewill be charging Mr [redacted] for the repair we did for Free, as it was NOTHINGto do with our workWe installed over 155 roofs in 2014, and we have NEVERhad a DISPUTE or Card issues, as all ROOFS were done in a professional insuredmanor, this has nothing to do with our contracted work. The CC deposit was paid for the material and is not to be disputed. Please see photos. WE EXPRESSED TO MRCHUDZIK, THAT THE DRIP EDGEWAS COVERED BY CODE. – We expressed to him that the leak was caused by theSNOW BUILD UP THAT WENT BEHIND HIS SIDING.WE EXPRESSED TO HIM THAT HE HAD A FRIENDREMOVE AND “POKE” AROUND OUR INSTALLED ROOF, WE NOTICED THINGS CHANGED ANDDIFFERENT THEN OUT INSTALL. WE EXPRESSEDTO OWNER THAT ONCE SOMEONE ELSE MOVES OR “POKES” AROUND OUR WORK THAT ITS WARRANTYIS NO LONGER VALID… FURTHERMORE, SINCE WE DID THE ORIGINALINSTALL IT HAS RAINED 15-20 TIMES, PER YEAR, IF THESE SAID NAILS WERE ISSUE IT WOULD HAVE LEAKED RIGHT AWAY, IT NEVERDID. THE LEAK IS AND WAS CAUSED BYFAULTY SIDING, THAT HOMEOWNER ADMITTED WAS CRACKED.Said homeowner also admitted he had leakwhen snow built up, and leaked behind the siding. (we did roof not siding) Pictures attached show a completed roof, there are no faults and any changes made to our work, by his friend (asadmitted) makes the roof warranty and our work null and void.Mr CHUDZIK expressed him and his rooferfriend, moved shingles and “knowingly lifted and removed shingles” weinstalled, at this point, we cannot warranty our work, as it has been altered. Finally we, did go out twice to look at theSUPPOSED issue, nothing wrong. Weexpressed to the owner we will wait to meet the inspector, he said no, notcalling. THE HOMEOWNER KNOWS THAT, AND ADMITTED THATHIS SIDING HAS CRACKS, IT IS NOT OUR ISSUE OR OUR JOB THAT IS THE PROBLEM.Please see photos of our work beingcompromised. The bottom line is, if the roof wasinstalled faulty or defective, the homeowner would have had a leak at the firstrain, or the first snow. IT IS ON RECORDHE DID NOT. April 18th wasthe first request, Clearly not a roofing issue, but a game to get money backfor our hard work. We expressed tohomeowner that he should have his friend back to fix the roof, since he changedand altered our work, we have not heard back from him. We also said we would meet inspector, onsite, to show our work, we have not heard back from homeowner. We offered a good faith $100 for gallon ofpaint (in no way admitting we had anyting to do with leak) home owner saidNO. At this point, we can no longerwaste our time on this claim, as in our opinion, it has no merits. It was a terrible winter, and client wasadvised he needs to replace his siding, which is 25 plus years old, and has alot of cracks, and open to leaks. Roofwas done by code and done by NJ Builders association rules of install. Finally, warranty is VOID , as anothercontractor / friend has disturbed our work, we are no longer liable or can beheld responsible for our gutter or roof work, as mr. chuddik knowingly madechanges and alterations to our work, by lifting up shingles, popping nails, andchange and altering the gutters and how they flow. Warranty is VOID.Thank you for your time in this matter.

Review: We hired a contractor to replace the gutters for our entire house. We got a few quotes and we went with the highest quote because their gutter system was different and the most appealing to us. They quoted us for a specific gutter system called “6" K Guard Leaf Free System” for the entire house. When they came to do the work they failed to check the front and back storm doors for proper opening. After the new gutter installation the doors were unable to open properly. The installers then tried to jerry rig the project by chipping off pieces of the roof to lift the gutters for door clearance but that didn't work. They left for an hour saying they would be back and when the installers were gone no one from the company called to tell me what was going on. The installers came back and tore down the gutters they installed in the front of the house and replaced it with a completely different gutter system (one I did not approve of or was aware of them doing and actually it was a type showed to us by some of the cheaper companies). Once they finished I noticed that the front and back gutters were not uniformed and they left the gutters on the back of the house as is with the storm door not opening properly which I had to hire another contractor to reframe the back door for proper clearance. I tried negotiating with the owner to lower the final balance for the inferior gutters his guys installed in the front and for the cost I had to incur to reframe back door but he was not cooperative. I paid him a deposit of $500 and then mailed a check for $450 which totals $950 which is $300 less than the final balance of $1250 which I thought that was fair considering the circumstance. They cashed my check which I indicated final payment on and now he's threatening to send me to collections. I am not looking for a refund but I am looking for the owner to be fair. The contract/quote stated 6" K Guard Leaf Free Gutter System for ENTIRE house but thats not what I received.Desired Settlement: I would like the $300 balance dissolved due to breach of contract. What are my options?

Hello,We did go to contract with [redacted] , actually we are not sure who the contract is with. The house is a cape cod house and [redacted] , was outisde as we measured the house, 2 runs of gutters.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and would like to clarify a few things.1. Our front and rear storm doors were NOT faulty. The older gutters were damaged and sagged therefore not allowing the front storm door to open properly hence the reason we bought new gutters. And there were no issues with our rear storm door.2. We did not purchase a new storm door. We had to hire a contractor to cut and reframe our rear storm door and entry to accommodate the new 6" gutters.3. Our contract stated 6" K Guard Leaf Free Gutter System for the front and rear of our home and that's not what we received. We received 6" gutters in the rear of our home and 4"-5" gutters in the front of our home. Therefore the contract is null and void.4. The owner implied that we are the type of people to try to get over or get things for free and thats not true. That's defamation of character. We tried negotiating with the owner to a balance we thought was fair but he was abrasive and rude. But NEVER did we ask for a refund and we still are not asking for one.5. We will accept the offer to bring the final balance down to $150 and are requesting a final invoice with the adjusted amount and a copy of our lifetime warranty.Once we receive the finalized invoice and copy of our warranty a check will be mailed to the business.
