This message from the company is COMPLETELY WRONG. 1) I, the customer, am NOT confused. 2) Company did not call me nor did I receive ANY refund "3 months back" I did not receive a refund of any type--no credit card credit, no check in mail, no certified check nor ANY type of refund. See messages below, beginning on 9-8-2015 (NOT 3 months back) Company never said one word to me about a refund, much less send me a refund.See exact copies of messages between me and the company. I am NOT confused. I received NO refund from company. Issue is NOT resolved. From [redacted] to company: On 9-8-15 I called you to fix my computer. Urgent message to call me. U NEVER returned my call. 41 days later still no response. Your "service" is worthless w/out prompt response--not 41 days. Tried to call U; the # on your [redacted] "has been disconnected." I emailed you 9/29/15 for a partial refund of my $499.99 I pd on 11/17/2014, order #2167. NO response. Please reply ASAP. I know it's nonrefundable, but for FAILED service by Secureurpc, I should get a partial refund. Thank you. COMPANY Response: We received your message and will respond within one business day, likely much sooner. You see below that you promised to respond. You did call the same day, but we were at a restaurant and far from my computer. So U promised to "CALL BACK IN 2 HOURS." U NEVER called back, and it is now 4 days later. The phone listed on your [redacted] is "disconnected," Again, while I realize that your policy states that payment is nonrefundable, when you provide NO service as you promised, I believe a partial refund is appropriate. Please call me at [redacted] ASAP. Please keep your promises this time! Thank you.
