We are heavily regulated by The State and we can't pass his vehicle that would have made him happy:(After failing smog, this customer went home and called us complaining four different damages on his car that was caused by us during smog. First my mechanic spoke with him and he had enough of him and pass me the phone. I am the owner and have been doing business at this site for last 15 years. I take very good care of my clients and I go out of my way to please them. I talked to him for long time trying to resolve. After talking to him for long time, he started to softening on other three damages and he is stock on one damage (cable) and I still don't believe we did damage it. This customer is one of those hard to make him happy. The bottom line is this customer didn't want to pay for smog when it failed and looking for ways to recover what he paid to us.
