Greetings. My name is [redacted]. I am responding to a complaint referenced as ID [redacted]. This complaint was from Mr. [redacted], who stated that I has completed an appraisal assignment of his home and utilized blueprints/floor plans that he provided as additional information for an appraisal report I I completed on his home at [redacted]. I completed this appraisal on 12/13/2008. This completion date is nearly 7 years ago. Not until approximately 3 months ago did Mr. [redacted] contact me requesting these floor plans. I informed him that I would research my files and see if I still had them. After spending a considerable amount of time looking through my files, I was, unfortunately, unable to locate them. This information was relayed to Mr. [redacted] and I offered to contact the design company and attempt to see if they might have had another set on file. My attempts were unsuccessful as this company had gone out of business.
