The crew at Affordable Rooter did an absolutely amazing job of replacing my entire sewer line fom my home to the city mainI was fortunate enough that this wasn't an emergency repair, so I had plenty of time to get quotes from several different companiesNot only was Affordable Rooter's quote much less the others, but from the gthey seemed much more professional and prepared than their competitorsThis was no small job, and they exceeded my expectations in every wayThe job was completed quickly, they did an absolutely AMAZING job of putting my back yard back together after the excavation, all with no unwelcome surprises along the way While I hope to never have to have a sewer line excavated again, I will absolutely contact Affordable Rooter for my future plumbing needs

Whether is was routine maintenance, repairs or emergency calls they have always been able to help get the job done right the first time. I have always received positive feedback for the work they completed. I have had to call on them many times myself to make repairs to drains, toilets or water heaters. I have used Affordable Rooter in the past and was very satisfied with their quick expert service. However, I am very disappointed that they are not willing to drive to Lake George to bid a tub replacement for a disabled veteran that has lost the use of his legs. The only way they would bid the job is if I pay them $99 to come up. Add insult to injury, it took them 2 days to answer my request. Count me as no longer a fan and no longer a client. It is a shame that they won't help a combat disabled veteran or even give him a bid with out charging. Shame on you Affordable Rooter!!!

Affordable Rooter came out to my house on three occasions. Each time they routed the drains upstairs and down. The total for three service calls was $940. Our kitchen sink became stopped up after the first service call and remained stopped up until I hired another plumber to rout out the kitchen sink. He routed-out the stopped-up drain and charged me $100. What makes matters worse, Affordable Rooter had told me that the stopped-up sink was due to a lack of venting and that the problem could only be solved by an additional $800. in work. Affordable Rooter clearly engages in fraud.

The service was great and the price was very reasonable for the crack pipe that I had replaced. I would totally use these guys again.

Affordable Rooter has been a hero to our operations several times at our many properties. For whatever reason, sewer issues have been rampant for us for the last year or so, with 4 issues at four different properties.Each time we got several quotes, and we found Affordable Rooter was the most competitive each time. In addition, they have excellent communication skills, always let us know what will happen and what did happen. They even facilitate working with our insurance company, giving us the detailed forms we need and even calling our insurance company to explain in more detail that ended up with us getting an additional thousand dollars more from the original reimbursement. [redacted] and [redacted] are the best, their crews are very attuned to working fast and doing the job right the first time. With 7 properties, I would not hesitate to use them again and they are always the first one I would recommend anyone call. They are "old school" superior customer service and that is a welcome relief. We are very grateful to have them rescue us and we highly, highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Affordable Rooter in Colorado Springs. They repaired a main sewer line for me January of 2016. The whole process was smooth and easy: They showed up when they said they would, quoted a good price, provided the scope of work, completed the repair ( going over and above my expectations by staying late to finish the street repair to minimize the inconvenience for my neighbors) and cleaned up afterward. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will be sure to keep their number handy and call them in the future for any plumbing repairs I need.
