Sent: Friday, July 21, 9:AMSubject: COMPLAINT #*** In answer to the e-mail: THEY SAID We have never sold a wrong sizeSTATEMENTTHEY SOLD A WRONG SIZE I PAID FOR A WIG with long hair which I took pictures, showed to the sales person and they sold me one with short hairThey didn’t aloud to open the package were the wig wasBut I try the one that was in the public exhibition of the storeThey also had more complaints in their web site 2.THEY SAID “WE LET CUSTOMERS take their time and look over the wigs at the fitting areas as they wouldTRUE IN MY CASEYes they let me try the wigs that are in the fitting areaI tried the one that aI was buying and took pictures of each one that I wanted it to buy while I was trying THEY SAID IT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO PLAY RECORDED VIDEO: STATEMENTYES, is necessary because that will prove to them and everybody involve in the situation, see was is the true and who is right in their statement THEY SAID: MY ASSOCIATE WAS HELPING HER FOR TWO HOURS AND IGNORING WHAT WAS TELLING…:Play the video and you will see for how long I was trying the wigsI bought wigs and paid with my card $so I had to try for that amount of money what I was buying but again play the video to find for how long I was doing itPlay the video and you will see, while the sales person was attending me severals costumers came to see, try, and buy wigs in the time I was in the store, so she wasn’t taking care only of me at the time she was taking care of many others people that came to the store, I counted to other personsPLAY THE VIDEOAnd you will see what it was happeningI did NOT ignore the instruction of the sale person, because since it was my first time buying wigs she advise me that I need to purchase a cents cap to try the wigs first and showed to me how to place it and try the wigsPLAY THE VIDEOShe also said I had to try the wigs in exhibition or the one in the display and not the ones in the bags which are newAnd I did that THEY SAID : MY ASSOCIATE ONCE AGAIN DOUBLE CHECKED THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK: I had never had contact with the package or new wigs from point A(SALES AREA) to point B(CASHIER)Because they didn’t aloud me to open the packages they only showed to me from a distance and ask if it was okSince I wasn’t aloud to open the packages and see the length of the wigI saw it was the right color but is impossible to determined the long or length until you open and take it out from the package, and they don’t aloud that in the store until you buy the wigSince I took a picture of what I was trying,buying, showed to the sales, I thought that was OKAt the time When I was paying others costumers were buying and paying to the cashier, I don’t know who made the mistake that I had to pay $besides this time is taking me for going into all of this when I went and I beg PLEASE to replace for the wig I intended to buy and took pictures and showed to themFor several times I asked PLEASEPLEASE PLAY THE VIDEO TO SEE WHOS FAULT WAS AND WHO MADE THE MISTAKE 6.THEY SAID: WE MAKE ALL EFFORT TO PROVIDE THE BEST ASSISTANCE: THEY JUST WANT TO sale the product without taking care of the customers like me that go with the best intention to buy a product and wants to pay for what they intended to buyI took pictures of the one I try and they didn’t give me the right productThe cashier and the manager were mean, rude etcIt was the worst experience I had in my life treat with this personsAnd I will never recommend to anyone to purchase from this storePLAY THE VIDEO AND SEE WHO MADE THE MISTAKE AND WHO DID WRONG THEY SAID WE DO OPEN AND INSPECT EVERY SINGLE WIG: I DON’T KNOWBUT IN MY CASE I bought the long hair wig and they gave me one with short hair, I did NOT SEE that they open the package for me or for the others that were buyingProduct was defective the change the long hair wig for a short hair. PLAY THE VIDEO and will see who is right THEY SAID: DUE SANITARY REASONS: ? I don’t know they can say do sanitary reasons, while I was in the store I was able to see a couple of birds inside the store flying around and also the next day when I went to try to get the right product they were still flying and living inside for the store, PLAY THE VIDEOBirds like the one that was in the store carry insects and diseases that can quickly contaminates all the wigs in the store without costumers see what they had while they are trying the wigsBesides that while I was trying the wigs I saw other costumers trying the wigs without the cap or the protection they suppose to have when they try a wig in the storePLEASE PLAY THE VIDEO 9.THEY SAID: WE TAKE MUCH CONTENTMENT IN ALL WE DO, AND SURE, WE GET DEFENSIVE WHEN SOMEBODY WRONGLY AND PUBLICLY ACCUSES USThey just want to sell and take people money without any considerationsThey don’t like to accept and assume responsibilities of their actions or mistakes they will rather mistreat, accuse others for their wrong and keep a business were the only one that win and make money because that is only what they carePlease play the video and you will find out everything and you will decide who is right and who is saying the true The moment I went to the store it was with the intentions of purchase a product the one that I choose and paid for, when I went back I only wanted the store replace the wrong product they sold to me and gave it to me, I did not wanted the moneyBut now I want my money back, they can have their product but I will never go to this store and I will never recommend to anybody this store, worst store management people that work in this store EMPORIUM BEAUTY SUPPLYI don’t want no more people have to go through this anymore, Please play the video and check who is accusing who and making the wrong statements and see the sanitary conditions alsoPlay the video and see with your own eyes they just don’t care only for them selvesSincerely, *** ***

We have never sold a wrong size, color, or style to any of our customers, not one, not ever. This person is making a slanderous and completely false statement based on her own. Anything is possible, but this does not make it true. I can prove her accusations are false, but she can never prove...

something as untrue if it is actually true.When customers buy wigs from us, we let our customers take their time and look over the wigs at the fitting areas just as they would if they were buying it from any other store. If customers see anything that they do not like (color of the wig, size, style, etc.), we offer not to sell it.It was not necessary to play recorded video because I know exactly what happened that day. My associate was helping her for a 2-hours’ time, and she could not make her mind and kept switching with other wigs for 2 hours! She was ignoring what my associate was telling her about our store return policy from the start, and she was not sure what colors she wanted. She was too excited about purchasing a wig first time, and she was completely ignoring what my sales associate was telling her about out store policy. My associate once again double checked with her, asking her if everything was ok with the color and the style. She was told numerous times that she needs to make sure that the wigs were the right one that she wants because our wigs sales are final. She also had another last chance at the cash register from the cashier and was told that the wig sales would be final. We can say most certainly that our product was not found defective immediately upon receipt. We do open and inspect every single wig, which is merely one major reason why we have the policy to allow clients to refuse to accept any wigs upon examination at the counter.We make all effort to provide the best assistance in the industry, and as a result, we have a very manageable return policy which states as follows. “Due to sanitary reasons and various manufacturers' strict return policy, we do not offer refunds, returns or give exchanges for wigs.We take much contentment in all we do, and sure, we get defensive when somebody wrongly and publicly accuses us.” I do not understand her at all, but I do not wish her any ill will. Above all, she says she is a Christian and how could she wrongfully make a false statement over her mistake? Also, I am a Christian, although I have not done a great job of behaving like one in the past, but pride is sometimes a great thing to have, and sometimes it makes people (me) to become defensive when what we take so much pride in is wrongfully attacked. We are a family here at Beauty Emporium, so her complaints feel the same to me as if somebody is attacking my relationship, and I am unmistakably very sensitive to that issue. The unfortunate side of beauty supply sales is it takes the personal side out of the transaction, and there are people out there who will actually read this crap and believe it (like her) without ever going through and see the store return policy. We have all sales final signs everywhere in the store and make each customer read and acknowledged it before paying for the products.There is no end to a number of false accusations that she can conceive and leave me to defend because it would be a total waste of time. She entitled to her opinions and to express them wherever and however she likes, but blatantly false accusations that can harm someone’s reputation or livelihood is not a civil liberty.Although she was told many times that she needed to make her decision before paying for the items and now she came back and completely ignoring our store policy again, and embarrassed herself in front of daughter, may God Bless her anyway.
