Lakeside Buses of Wisconsin, Inc.

I am in receipt of the claim referenced above.  Based upon conversations with our operational team, the bus did run late on the day in question, however was operated by a supervisor.  We do notify MPS if we have instances where a route is running very late as described above.   Since the day in question, a permanent driver has been assigned to the route and it is my understanding that the route has been operating properly.  If there is a stop or timing question, we can gladly be of assistance to the parent involved to make sure we are all on the same page.

Bus company is very unprofessional. They late every other day if not everyday. Company said bus driver calls in. Pick up time is 6:21 bus sometimes dont come to 7:05am on the average ranging from 7:05 to 7:20am. Their line is always busy so you can't never call to see rather or not their picking the child up. They have GPS tracking now but what good is it. The drivers lies in say they made the stop. I mean its not okay to have a 7 year waiting outside in the freezing cold until they debating about contacting someone or putting someone on the route. I have NEVER EVER had problems with no bus company but lakeside. One time I had to drop my son off to school in the bus coordinator said every bus was late. I witnessed it because I wanted to wait to have a talk with the bus driver myself. Im talking 20 to 30 mins late exact on half the routes. Kids not only miss lunch but it frustrating for them to have to start their morning off like that. My child cries because the bus is so late in dont pick him up. I mean its sad...The school said they been receiving soooo many complaints on the daily. Sadly the choose the company in have to deal with it. Im shock beyond all measures that they have the ratings they have one reason is because people dont care about things in dont take the time out to do things. But I promise that when I get done fox 6 will be at their business. They company is a mess...
