I am rejecting this response because: MrS*** states that I l"left the station and came back minutes later," and that therefore the bolt could have come from the road and not on his property In fact, and as I explained to him multiple times, I immediately heard the noise that was caused by the bolt upon leaving the car wash I did not hear the noise before I entered the station After leaving the station, I heard the noise and felt the vibration from the bolt, and immediately turned back into the station I then spoke with Mr S*** to describe the noise, Mr S*** denied responsibility and I left I then pulled off to the side of the road just outside of the station to examine further, and found the bolt I returned to the station, showed MrS*** the bolt, and he again denied responsibility I drove a total of blocks between the noise starting and my discovering the bolt However, the noise and vibration from the bolt started as soon as I left his car wash, therefore it must have been from either in the station or in the car wash, and I did not pick it up min later as MrS*** indicates in his responseThat is the only reasonable and logical conclusion.

I am writing this letter to response the complaint submitted 2/20/from *** ***Assigned ID is ***She states a bolt went through her tire while using the car washBut I do not agree with herThere is no reason the bolt was in our car wash and
there is no evidence that the bolt went through her tire in our stationIt could happen before she got in to my station or after leave the station because she left the station and came back about minutes later.She also states the car wash did not adequately wash her carHer car was too dirty to be cleaned in self-service car washI could see dried muds behind the car after car washHer car looks like it was not cleaned for long timeShe had to choose higher wash package or go to full service car wash or detail service to be cleaned as she wantedI have reviewed video to check if there was anything wrong while she was in car wash but the car wash operated normallyFurthermore, she was the only person who complained about car wash.I know that customers are very important and we have responsibility if there is any damage due to our fault but it is not fair to ask us to pay for something that is not our fault and it is not fair to ask refund even there was nothing wrong with car wash operationI hope this explains my situation and hope to be resolved fairlyPlease contact me at:###-###-#### for any more informationRegards,
