Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I was never informed that there was a no return policy, I was never even given or mailed a receipt upon purchase. The information in the response is not fully accurate. When I came in to return the windshield on Monday July 13 the gentleman behind the parts counter did not say what department he worked for. He simply said that the wrong part had been ordered, to please carry in the window, and he could not do the return, that someone else would have to do that Tuesday, July 14th. I went to my car, carried in the window, asked where to put it, and set it down. The man thanked me, said sorry about the wrong part being ordered, and I would receive a call the next day. I never heard back from them on Tuesday. They finally called on Wednesday July 15th ( I am happy to provide cell phone records that show that). At that time he stared that yes the wrong part was ordered and there was nothing they could do. Every time I tried to speak with them regarding the issue, he kept saying over and over there in noting they will do. He was rude on the phone and made it very unpleasant to talk with him. Weeks later  I did receive a voice message asking if I could give him the serial number of the boat or something so he could see if the manufacturer would give me one at cost. I did not return the call because he I do not want one at cost. I believe they made a mistake and do the right thing and give me a refund. I will not speak with them on the phone because of the way they treaded me. Again, I was never told there were conditions with the product I purchased, I game them the vin number of the boat for which to order the correct part, I was never told it could not be returned if it was the wrong one. They ordered the wrong part and should refund my money. Sincerely,[redacted]

[redacted]On June 30th, 2014 [redacted] came into to LakeUnion Sea Ray and ordered a center walk thru window for her boat.  She gave me the boat make, year and model andI contacted the manufacture to place the order. The Windshieldarrived on Aug 7, 2014 and I called Ms [redacted] and informed her...

that thewindshield was here and ready for pick up. I called again on Sept 4th 2014 and left a message that herwindshield was still here and ready for pick up.  On March 19th 2015 I called Ms[redacted] again and left another voice message asking her to please come and gether windshield.   On July 11, 2015 Ms[redacted] came and picked up her windshield for her boat.  On Monday July 13th Ms [redacted] return to theparts department and spoke with our service writer letting him know that thewindshield did not fit.  Our servicewriter informed her that I am off on Mondays and would call her on Tuesday,July 14th when I return to work. I spoke to Ms [redacted] and explained that we cannot return special orderparts and that it had been almost a year before she came to get the windshield,there wasn’t anything I could do. I contacted the manufacturer who made the windshield andinformed them of the situation and they told me to get the boat serial numberand they would look and see if anything could be done.  On July 18th 2015 I called andleft a voice mail message informing her that I had called the manufacturer  who made thewindshield and that they are requesting her boat serial number to see if therewas anything that they could do.  As ofyet I have not received a response from Ms [redacted]. We do have a no return on special orders policy in place.
